Hatonosu-so Hotel — Hotel in Tokyo

We booked this onsen hotel while researching for Okutama' stay. Hotel front desk staff very friendly and cheerful, they handle our check in fast and gives detailed information about room and onsen. Also we dont speak and understand Japanese language but they try their best to make us feel comfortable. The room is very clean. We prefer no cleaning of room for our stay but they exchange towels and amenities everyday. Hotel also provide bottle water every day. Yukata is provided too. On our check out day it was raining and they drove us to the train station. We really appreciate such kind act. We hope to return one day and will definitely recommend this...

I stayed there on 25 of August with my wife for the first time. This is still new. The price was reasonable and services they serves were excellent. The room was very spacy compared to other hotel rooms in Tokyo. ||They had only one course menu for dinner. Although we could enjoy a kind of Italian meals with Japanese sake, some of them who want to enjoy Japanese food and others might not be satisfied with them. ||The breakfast that we had was egg, sausage, salad, bread, soup, juice, milk ,coffee/tea and others.
