If you are a foreigner and you're only staying here for 1-5 days you will probably not have any major problems here. However I stayed here for almost a month and had some problems, including the worst experience I've had in all of Asia!||||I'm an English teacher, and I teach online, so I thought this hotel would be good, and it was for the first 2 weeks. Then one day, a Japanese guy staying there started screaming as loud as he could while I was teaching, "ARE YOU MONKEY? I KILL KILL KILL" and so on...this really scared me and I could not even think about teaching in there again. There is a very quiet isolated vibe here, and in many capsule hotels it seems. But here, because this is in Adachi (residential Tokyo) they are not welcoming of foreigners. Only one guy here can speak acceptable English. The manager is a grumpy old man I always avoid him as much as possible.||||One time I needed to make a reservation for a concert and I asked the one guy who could speak English to help me, he said he would try his best but in the end it didn't work out. He was supposed to tell the lady who was working the next morning to call for me and she didn't, and because she can't speak English I missed out on that concert.||||The good things about this hotel --- THE SAUNA! Is amazing. Even though I absolutely hate the vibes of this place, the sauna and bath makes everything worth it. You'll get fresh sheets and towels every day. They also have a bar, which has good prices. The beds are very comfortable and enough space for me, 5'11". The lockers are not so big...if you have a full backpack you will have to squeeze it in there.||||In summary, I wouldn't recommend staying here more than 5 days. The sauna is top quality legitimate Finnish style, but the service and vibe here is not good at all. But the price is very good, that's how I found this place anyway on Booking.com. The internet is good, the wifi is better in some places than others, and they have a small internet booth with 2 computers with Ethernet cords, that's where I would teach.||||Also most of the customers are middle aged Japanese salarymen, who love to wake up with really loud alarms from 5am up to 7am. If the alarm keeps going just bang the wall really loud and they will get up! A guy next to me did that one day and it...
