The back streets around Kita-Senju Station have become trendy with many interesting restaurants popping up. Bossa Burger is an eclectically decorated cozy restaurant located on the 2nd floor, up a steep set of stairs from a narrow back street, with friendly helpful staff. The easy to understand menu includes English and has a great selection of burgers and toppings to mix and match. There's also other food and interesting sides, regularly changing specials, and a choice of drinks including beer, harder alcohol, shakes and home made cola and ginger ale. Ask the staff for recommendations. Their burgers are excellent. Huge and delicious, and come with perfect crispy fries. Take a look at the many interior and food pictures available.

The female staff was friendly offering takeout but the seats for wait was so comfy at the corner, so we decided to eat-in. The burger was big and tall in a good way, the French fries were fresh hot and crunchy. Aside from other well-known burger shop like Sunny-side up, KH burger, Hachisu (closed) but this shop is the best burger shop in Kitasenju. I should’ve known this place and definitely repeat. I will order some other options from the menu she recommended next time. The chef was also greeting us when we left, feeling the great hospitality.

Very cool and delicious little restaurant hidden close to the Kita-Senju station. I got the double cheeseburger. The fries are included. This is one of the best burgers I had in Tokyo. The fries and the pickle were also great. The food is delicious, the staff is respectful and nice and the ambiente is cool. I also heard that the chicken is also very delicious! They also have English translations available. I'll definitely come back to try a different burger! Thank you!

Pleasantly surprised at the good quality this-doesn’t-taste-like-Japan food. The thick sliced bacon was treat and I definitely recommend the mushroom topping. The price is a little high but worth it. Next time I’ll get the basic cheeseburger to get a better taste of the patty. The shop is small but has a good ambiance, the staff are all young, trendy, mask-attractive and our waitress spoke English. Nice music. Highly recommend.

『子連れ狼 -北千住ハイカラ道中-』 生後６ヶ月の息子（大五郎）を連れて、徘徊する子連れ狼シリーズ。なかなか店には入れないので、テイクアウトで心もお腹も満たされる店はないかと彷徨う企画。 今日は最近どハマりしている、亜米利加のハンバーガーなるものを求めて、BOSSA BURGERにやってきた。 実はここ、北千住西口では有名な飲み横の一本裏に位置する、比較的「駅近物件」だが、この道を5年以上とおっていて一度もハンバーガー屋だと気付かなかった程、細い路地裏の民家っぽい建物のさらに二階にあるハンバーガ屋。 先日看板を見たら、本格的なハンバーガーやさんだと気づいて、平日の昼間に来てみたものの、結構混んでいて、知ってる人は知っているんだなぁと感心した。 ちょろっと覗いて、子連れでも行けるかなんて考えたが、店構えから想像できる通り中は結構狭くて、席数もそんなに無い。お客さんは殆どが女性で、ちょっと意外な印象だった。 先客があった為、まぁまぁ待ったが、念願のハンバーガーを受け取り、意気YoYo!と家に持って帰ったわけだが、まずは受け取って5分ほどの画像をアップしておく。そして、結果としてこの30分後には空腹が満たされ大満足になったわけだが、詳細を忘れないうちに載せておこう。 ー 外観 ー バーガーもポテトも、看板に偽りなしのアメリカンな雰囲気だ。クラシックバーガー🍔でさえ、なかなかの迫力だ。札束のように織り込まれたレタスの上に、紅一点のトマトが輝き、ジューシーにグリルされたオニオンの上に、粗挽きのパティが鎮座する。これが基本形態と言えよう。 アボカドバーガーの場合、更にそのパティの上にクリーミーなアボカドが追い討ちをかける。 ポテトはいわゆるカリカリなやつで、ストリング状だが、とりわけ細くはない。 ー お味 ー 一言で言えば、これぞ本格的なアメリカン。青山で食べるようなやつが地元の裏路地で味わえる。 パティは牛肉を食べてますと言わんばかりの、ワイルドな粗挽きで、たまに筋の弾力を感じる。 噛み進めると、ジューシーにグリルされたオニオンが、肉汁と合間って、いいソースになっている事に気づく。 レタスはマックの100倍くらい入っているだろうか。折り畳まれたその様は、給料日後の財布をのぞいた気分だ。 トマトは言わずもがな、トマトしてる。 バンズはしっとりとしながらも、しっかりとした弾力のある噛みごたえ。決してソースの水分に負けない、鍛え抜かれた肉体を誇っている。 箸休めのポテトもカリッとジャンキーだ。 いや、モッパラ手掴みだが、キャッチャーのグローブのようにしっかり握りしめて、一度も置く事なく結局最後まで食べ尽くしてしまった。 俺はハンバーガーを食べてる。 俺は肉を食べてる。 俺はアメリカを食べている。 息子を背負いながらも、そう感じる体験であった。 次回はモッツァレラマッシュルームバーガーに挑戦してみたい。
