Hotel Coco Grand Kitasenju — Hotel in Tokyo

Update: 3 days after check in we had to just check out and get an airbnb, it kept getting worse, my brother couldn’t even visit us since they would tell him “Only 30 minutes” like who does that!?! Also, they would Chase us out the hotel saying 5 people couldn’t stay in the room. When it was just 3; my partner our son and I. I would leave zero stars but it won’t let me. —— After traveling for 11 hours with my family and reserving a room for 4 people with months in advance, we were told at the front desk we couldn’t sleep everyone in the same room. We had to get my brother a different hotel since this one had every other day available. When I booked it for all of us for 5 consecutive days. This needs to be said on their website 2 queen beds in a room CAN NOT have 4 people total. (2 and 2) also, charging me for my sons stay for the 5 days is ridiculous he’s 8. Lovely European design in main lobby and many extras in toiletries supplied, excellent toothbrushes, bath salts and delicious biscuits, bottles of water on the dressing table. The massage chair was a welcome addition and the spa had such a soothing ambience.|Breakfast was rather crowded as the space for the queue at the buffet was tight but the spread was good and there's even a little patio which would be nice in summer but it was raining the day we were there.|Staff is kind and take time to explain spa procedures. The two young ladies were also very concerned in attending to my cut finger, expertly cleaning my wound and giving me extra plasters, would like to thank them very much, felt very well cared for.|Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel in such an interesting neighborhood, many nice restaurants around at good prices.
