Nono Teru Narita — Hotel in Tomisato

I booked specifying that Check-in would it be between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. They answered me that for an extra amount of 1000 yen they would accept my arrival. That same day, at 10:30 p.m. they sent me an email saying that they cannot receive me after 11:00 p.m. as it would disturb the other guests (which I completely understand), but it was impossible for me to arrive before that time. So I found myself having to search another accommodation, therefore I requested a cancellation and refund (since they had initially accepted my request). And at 12:30 p.m. they send me an email saying they will wait for me. At that time I was already in another accommodation due to their refusal to receive me. I replied that they were acting in a contradictory manner and that they should please proceed with the cancellation and refund. I would not request a refund if it had been my responsibility but it is due to their poor management that I am claiming it. More than 48 hours have passed and I have not received any response, but they have been quick to collect the payment. After 19 years, now i finally back here in Japan.|My first destination is Narita City here at Nono Teru Hostel, is nice small hostel. 7 bunka beds, male room, next to the main road a little noisy in the evening but not bad, still you can get asleep. Nice owner Khun Sunny she from Thailand. From Narita Airport its just 10 minutes to get to Keisei Narita Station. And 15 minutes walk going to Nono Teru Hostel. I met in the hostel a Japanese -Tokunaga San a Filipina -Tina and a Russian -Andrei, they were very nice people and 2 brother and sister from America. The worst!!!! I paid and then they said to me : there's no reserve Call the police , they said Instead of give me a solution She didn't care where am I suppose to sleep , it was 11pm and she said : you are not in the booking That's it I had to reserve at another place , and it happens that I made my reserve , paid and after a few minutes cames a refund of this new hotel , the great difference was that they refund me and gave a clean room !!!!!
