成田駅を降りて徒歩５分ぐらいの位置にある公園です。芝生広場が気持ちいいです。京成線〜成田線の乗り換えに４０分ぐらい待たされたので、ここで時間を潰すことにしました。遊具は多くはありませんが、実物大のＳＬを展示しています。あと、最近の公園としては珍しく、人工の河川が流れています。あまり見かけないんですよね。子供の頃、ただ単に公園に水が流れているだけで、私は嬉しかったものですが。それから、線路とか踏切なんかがあります…実際にミニチュアの電車がここを通ったりできるんですかね。たまたま立ち寄った公園でしたが、広くて雰囲気が良かったです。

It was a cute little park by the train line. Alright place to hangout on a nice sunny day. Only downside really was construction work that was going on there...

小学１年生の運動会終わって少しまで、本当に近くに住んでました。思い出深い公園です。だいぶ様変わり(？)したようですね。D51も当時はデカイ本物が置いてあり良く石炭入れる所から入って煙突から出たりして遊びました(やっちゃいけなかったのかも(汗))

交通公園にもなっていて当時は自転車などの貸し出しもしてくれましたね。滑り台に併設してある砂場は雨が降るとプール状態に(^^; 一番嫌だったのは近くに犬を放し飼いにしている家があり遊んでいると吠えながら走ってきて滑り台に避難させられたことです(大迷惑でした)

お婆ちゃんが一人でやっている駄菓子屋さんも近くにあって。(今はないでしょうねきっと) 市役所にはガチャピン＆ムッ...
