11/12/2021 ( Saturday) ( 18:35) The best hotel 🏨 in tottori I guess with best affordable price . The bed 🛌 was the best and so comfortable. Near and convenient to the railway 🚃 station 🚉. Car parking 🚗 is open parking and available with extra fee for ¥600 per day . This is 10 floor hotel 🏨 and Igor room 1056 the room was very clean and nice city view from window 🪟. They provide us women amenities ( face lotion 🧴, cream , face pack and face wash ) that I really liked and they provide us 2 water bottles also that was so generous of them . We asked them when I booked our room that we need upper storey room and extra towel with no extra fee and they did so , so I am thankful to them . The room was clean but there was hole in the right side of the wall and a little crack in wash basin near to tap . And they don’t provide coffee ☕️ that was a little pain 😅 but they provide Japanese tea 🍵. Refrigerator, Kettle , tissue , tv and Japanese tea 🍵 cups are available. No laundry 🧺 bag is available. Wheelchair ♿️ persons are ok 👌. Cash 💰, credit card 💳 and prepayment booking via mobile is ok 👌. No mobile payment like paypay , line pay or mercari pay or ID pay is acceptable. They need your Identification card if you are outsider . Elevator 🛗 is available. Staff was nice and polite. Vending machine for juices 🥤, chocolate 🍫, cup noodles 🍜...

This place has definitely seen better days. Perhaps it is December dates which is the plough of the tourist season when I've visited, Tottori City Hotel provides a warm respite from the cold and lonely streets.
Situated at a 12 minutes walk from Tottori station, it has a bus stop right outside the hotel which goes to the sand dunes or the train station.
Although I have put up the Do Not Disturb sign on the room door knob, hotel staff placed a tupperware box consisting of fresh towels, razors, hand towels amongst other toiletries. Such thoughtful gestures which I have not observed from any other hotels I've been to!
What can I say, it's simple, easily accessible and inexpensive. Go stay at Tottori City Hotel!

Read moreIt’s good for what it is, if you are in Tottori. It is a convenient walking distance from Tottori Station. Rooms are a decent size and clean, although they smell a little funny / old. You can tell the hotel is older just from the decor and use of keys instead of keycards. The front desk is very nice and helpful and can speak some English. They give a nice amenities pack including a face mask and q tips for women and two free bottles of water.
I would recommend picking up the breakfast coupon. The breakfast is not anything amazing but it’s the most convenient option as there are not as many convenience stores or breakfast shops right next...
