What a history lover's paradise this place was!
It was filled with beautiful potteries that are locally made.
There are so many beautiful and functional furniture that the founder of this museum actually used. Made me think how well/strong things used to be made.
There was a history of Mingei movement exhibited at the 2nd floor and I have learned that many artists acted together to preserve their variable local arts and history.
The receptionist was so nice and knowledgeable about the exhibits and Mingei movement. She answered all of our questions.

The second floor exhibit was from the collection and focused on folk artwork from overseas and not just Japan.
