Allen, Shiho, Tim, Jerry, and ChiChi have been wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure that my first time in Japan was amazing and they did just that. This place is a gem. It is located near the lake and has a wonderful view of Mt Fuji. I felt at home and happy here. The vibes are phenomenal. The team picked me up from the bus station and were always on time. They took me grocery shopping and made sure I was accommodated and looked after as I was solo traveling to this area. I added the tour to my stay, it was very insightful and I learned a lot. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had (and we’ve had a lot.) Allen and the entire Koti team went above and beyond and are the definition of hospitality.

Beautiful unit surrounded by nature, brand new appliances, and only a 15 minute walk from Lake Yamanaka. Best place to stay for unreal views of Mt. Fuji.

The Koti team had a curated list of sights and food recommendations and even went as far to help us organize transportation during our stay. Highly recommend booking a tour with them if they have availability.
