I had a very positive experience staying at Kaya Hotel during my visit to Amman. This is a special thank you for the gentlemen who served us during our stay.

Upon arrival, we were received by our hotel manager Mr Laith, who offered us refreshments, a room upgrade and additional services. It sure made us feel special and welcomed! Thank you Laith!

Later that day, our hotel driver Mr Ahmad took us on a tour around the city for a good price. We arrived at Amman at noon. Mr Ahmad drove us to and wait for us at Amman Citadel, Roman Amphitheatre, King Abdullah I Mosque, Rainbow St, and lastly Jordan Museum. We could never have visited these many sites in half a day without Mr Ahmad's help. We were tired at the end so Mr Ahmad patiently drove us through traffic so we could enjoy downtown Amman on the backseat. Thank you Ahmad!

The day was concluded with a wonderful evening at the Kaya Bath & Spa. I enjoyed a freshly pressed juice in a jacuzzi, tested my limit at a sauna and a steam room, and tried a Turkish bath with dead sea salt scrub, before getting a 60-minute whole body massage. Now, I'm an Aussie physio, and if I say Mr Abid an excellent massage therapist, you should trust me. The massage was professional, thorough and relaxing. It's like a trip to heaven and back. Thank you Abid and best luck with your business!

In summary, if you are looking for a worry-free, close-to-everything hotel-stay in Amman that provides top-notch, all-in-one service packages, come to Kaya and trust what they have to offer!

By the way the breakfast buffet was great! Love the Jordanian...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience at Kaya Hotel – A True Gem in Amman!

From the moment I arrived at Kaya Hotel, I was genuinely impressed by the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail. Located in the heart of Amman, this boutique hotel combines modern luxury with traditional Jordanian hospitality in the best way possible.

The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful—going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Whether it was assisting with transportation, recommending local attractions, or just offering a friendly smile, their hospitality made me feel right at home.

The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and very comfortable. Every detail, from the bedding to the lighting and amenities, was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Breakfast each morning was delicious and featured a generous selection of both local Jordanian specialties and international options. The dining area was cozy and elegant, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

One of the standout features of Kaya Hotel is its location—close to major attractions, shopping areas, and great restaurants, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet at the end of the day.

Whether you’re visiting Amman for business or leisure, I highly recommend Kaya Hotel. It’s a hidden gem that truly captures the warmth of Jordanian culture with the quality and professionalism of a top-tier hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next...

I enjoyed by stay at Kaya. It’s a newly renovated hotel and in a very good location only 6minute drive to Citadel. 10 mins to downtown. The hotel staff are attentive, especially Mohammed at front desk. His attentiveness, efficiency, and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests truly elevated the quality of my experience. The beds are comfy to sleep in. Breakfast is a buffet with many options. ||I would class this hotel as a very good 3 star hotel because I feel there are few things that could make it even better for example in the bathroom there could be a tray with soap, body lotion etc which was missing and having slippers in the room would be nice too. Secondly the bathrooms are a bit tight a little bit more space would have been nice. The duvets feel but worn so could be of better quality. ||I also used the spa facility. It looks great! I didn’t have the best massage to be honest the masseuse was really nice but seemed inexperienced- I’ve had many better massages at other hotels. But what made up for it is that they gave me a free access to the jacuzzi and steam rooms. If you want to relax here I would defo recommend it. My friend got her nails done and the colour started to chip within a few hours! Appreciate they are new so few little improvements could be made here. I would still go back for the other facilities. ||Other than this is a good value for money hotel, decent location to get around the city, friendly hotel staff and a...

We stayed at Kaya Hotel Amman for a night, and while the location is undoubtedly its strongest point—central, convenient, and close to many attractions—the overall experience fell short of expectations in terms of service and amenities. The rooms were fairly sized and decent for a short stay, but the washrooms were noticeably small and lacked basic toiletries altogether. Only two bath-sized towels were provided, with no hand towels or extras. It felt like the bare minimum was being offered. The cleanliness of the hotel could use significant improvement. The lobbies and common areas didn’t feel well-maintained—there always seemed to be something left out of place or unattended, which detracted from the overall feel of the property. The staff was somewhat cooperative but not particularly warm or attentive. Parking is limited, with a few spots alongside the hotel and the rest dependent on nearby street parking, which can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day. As for the breakfast, it was quite basic—very few options, and nothing particularly filling or memorable. It felt more like a checkbox than a thoughtful part of the experience. I’d rate it around 6/10. In summary, Kaya Hotel Amman works if you’re looking for a central place to rest for a night or two and aren’t too concerned with comfort or service. But if amenities, cleanliness, or a decent breakfast are important to you, this might not be the ideal fit.
