Panorama Amman Hotel — Hotel in Amman

I was put up in this Hotel for more than a week. The best thing about this hotel is the location.||The Avenue Mall is few metres walk from the hotel. The famous Galleria Mall is also at a walkable distance. The hotel is very conveniently located. |It's not a very famous hotel that every cabbie knows but easily locatable on the maps.|There is McD, Pizza Hut just across the road. There are lot of other shops around.|Both the Malls have Carrefour super markets and it is very convenient.|The Chapatti - Indian restaurant is also walkable distance from the hotel. ||The hotel staff is very helpful. The manager and everyone at reception is always smiling and helpful. However, only Manger understands English. With others, it's bit of an experience. However, they are courteous. Room service is slow but prompt. Room was cleaned everyday, bed was made, towels provided. |Iron box was provided on request.||The bathrooms are clean but again not super clean. The toiletries provided are not very good. You please carry your own toiletries. Hot water available all the time. |The microwave oven didn't had the plate, the stove wasn't working. The small fridge worked. Plates, cutleries, cups were provided but not washed regularly.|However, the bed sheets were neat and white. Beds were made everyday.|Room was made everyday. ||WiFi works most of the time, but not reliable for official purpose. WhatsApp calls are blocked, but Skype calls can be made. |The room didn't had a view. The color of the room is brown, it's kind of gives a dull and depressing impression.|The Cable TV was replaced with a new service that had English channels. Really very very relieved.|Otherwise there were 1000+ Arabic channels initially and 900+ channels are religious and dedicated to prayers. |||Breakfast as per me is good, but not the best. There are usual suspects everyday, Eggs, Cornflakes, Cheese, Roti bread, Hummus, Babaghanoush, Ful Medames, black and green olives, Olive oil, Cucumber, Corn, Lettuce, Tomatoes, same Sweet. There was Manakish one day, Labneh. I liked it.|It's a fair breakfast in a sense.||All in all, it was an OK stay but it could have been much better. Probably its worth the money. ...

We stayed in this hotel through a tourist company. Hotel have beautiful enterance and rooms are wide. Elevator are very small. The employees need to get training so it should be welcoming for international tourist. Our company gave us a package 5 hour stay with dinner. I recommend NEVER get dinner from them or room service. Its very Poor. Food was cold and returned to them from all of room from our group and my group went out to McDonald & Pizza hut to get something to eat. I met owner Walid and complained about food. First he said food was hot but then I told him its returned from all of rooms. He acknowledged to make over his mistake and make a fresh food again but by that time our group already ordered Food from outside so I told him to reimburse the food cost, but he said he will get our payment through tour company after a month and have no option to return food cost but he can make for food again or fresh...

If I can give no star at all, I will do that. We arrived at 11:30 PM to find out that they canceled our booking, because they couldn’t get the payment out of the credit card before we checked in.they tried to call us but we were in the plane. Booked via booking. Com and always with our credit card and never had problems anywhere. I called them the moment we arrived to tell them that we are on our way. Family of 5 we got 2 room in the same floor. As they said for one night, and next day we should got the family room, we had to pay immediately for one night. Rooms are very dirty, stains are filthy, smell so bad, we couldn’t eat the breakfast, tables filthy and food don’t look clean or fresh at all, we had breakfast in the area around, thanks God that they canceled our booking, we packed our stuff and run to another hotel.
