Safaeh Al-Saqer — Restaurant in Amman

Unfortunately not the best experience in Safaeh Al Sager nor minbinthalal 😕 Firstly, there’s no shop sign to guide you to where it is , it took us a while to find it. Secondly, the staff were not friendly at all, they were actually aggressive and a lot of them didn’t use gloves. The order was late we waited around 30 minutes. Finally, the main issue was that the prices on the menu were not the same as the invoice! And when i asked why he said the printed menu is not updated although i also checked the instagram’s page menu and it wasn’t updated as well! I ordered through Talabat: the food does not deserve all the hype and was less than OK.

The Sandwich was soggy, the taste was off, it was like mashed meat with molasses and no texture (mashed potato texture almost).

I think they put Tahini sauce or something that didn't give a pleasant or special taste to the Sfeeha ( I ordered the Ghawali meal).

Fries were good. Bread was good.

For the Ghawali and one Sandwich it was 10JOD. Measuring the portion size this should have been a maximum of 6JOD.

Friends advised me that the food is better...

The Sfeiha is good. medium thickness dough with a crispy edge & bottom if eaten fresh & hot. The meat is seasoned well the ingredients taste fresh & good. & i love that it comes with Laban & cucumber pickles as a side. The sandwich is lighter than i expected. A nice light lunch. I thought it needed more thicker meat filling. I preferred the sfeiha. The Sfeiha just hits differently 👌. I ordered prior to pick up so that I do not have to wait. & the benches outside was a good place to have a quick bite on the go . No formal...
