From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff — from the front desk to housekeeping — were genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to serve. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. I never had trouble communicating, as everyone I delt with spoke good English and went out of their way to make things smooth.

The rooms are spotless and feel fresh, and the hotel itself has a clean, modern atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The breakfast buffet was a highlight every morning — full of flavor, variety, and generous portions. We also had some special group meals, and the hotel graciously catered to all of our requests with excellence.

I was also using the hotel for meetings, and the conference room and business services were top notch — quiet, well-equipped, and reliable. It's a great place for both leisure and work.

What really sets Liwan apart is the people. The hotel is owned by a family that also runs one of Jordan’s largest tour companies, so they have the connections to help with transportation and any extras you might need — and they’re happy to do so.

Shopping and cafes are within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy the city during downtime.

I’ve already started planning my next trip — this time with family — and without hesitation, we’ll be staying at the Liwan. It’s rare to find a place that feels this much like home while being so well run.
