Second time coming to the hotel, is close to everything and 5 min walking to the public beach. This hotel is the one with very reasonable price. We haven’t spend much time inside the room but we enjoy the common areas. The staff at the reception is very friendly and will answer all your questions, if something is not clear, just keep asking. The breakfast available that they offer is more Arab than continental, so if you don’t have any issue with that, take that option as well. Special thanks to Obada, you have been very helpful with everything. Definitely coming back 🤗

Rooms are cheap but you get a perfect stay - spacious room with a balcony, bathroom with an innovative shower, TV, comfortable bed and handy water heater to prepare some tea. I loved the lobby, nice decorated common area. Something special is the elevator - all in golden colours. And pool on the roof with one of the best city views in town. There are also chairs and tables. Breakfast was simple - with local dishes, but plenty off food. All personnel from the receptionists to the cleaning team were nice and attentive and some spoke good English.

Completely renovated hotel, stunning pool terrace accompanied by a great French and Italian music playlist, new rooms and bathrooms, very friendly and helpful staff; only minus, the breakfast which is very limited and not at all in line with the rest of the hotel's offerings… However, I would certainly return!

A very dirty and filthy hotel. The pillow cases and bed covers were dirty. The beds are uncomfortable and very old. When you enter the room, it stinks and smells like an old abandoned house. The AC dripped water in the room. The bathroom was horrible, it didn’t have any soup, shampoo or even towels. It also didn’t have hot water and the water had no pressure. They didn’t have any working staff except for the receptionist. They only have a single keycard for each room, so if you are staying with someone in the room, you need to make sure that you leave or comeback to the room together. They didn’t have an elevator in the hotel, so we had to carry our luggage two floors. There was no breakfast in the morning although it was supposed to be included with our stay.

The pictures on the travel sites are very deceiving of the hotel. I was part of a travel group that stayed in Aqaba and all the people staying with us had the same exact comments, so it wasn’t just our room. When we complained to the staff and the owner who happened to be there the next day, they were very defensive and only had excuses that did not make any sense rather than fix any of the problems. I would never return to this hotel and would recommend that others...

I recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the quality / price ratio is very good. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the center and maximum 10 minutes to the public beach. It is very close to shops and restaurants. About 5 minutes you climb a small hill, but it is not exhausting. The rooms are large, the bed mattresses are comfortable and have their own balcony. There is also a mini fridge in the room. The dressing is not closed, it consists of some shelves, but it did not bother us. the cleaning is relatively ok, you have to ask them to come and do the cleaning, otherwise no one will bother you. The bathroom is ok, the hot water is given by a boiler and you have clean towels. leakage from the sink and shower should be unclogged. At the same time, the hotel benefits from a small indoor pool...

First impression during check-in was fine. Lobby was clean, spacious and super friendly staff.||||Changed when we get into our room. We booked a double room, they gave us a triple with three single beds, removed one after being asked for it and pushed the remaining two beds together. So instead of a double which we expected as a couple we had two singles that moved constantly.||||Bathroom was not cleaned, even empty shampoo bottles from previous guests flying around. Extremely small, smelly, clocked shower drain and leaking sink. at least the toilet was working as expected. And the bathroom was TINY.||||Looks like the hotel was recently renovated or refurbished, inside it looked kind of new. But looking outside the window there was a huge rubbish dump, old beds, mattresses etc. No approach to remove it or...
