We loved our stay here, in particular the true Jordanian hospitality we received. This is a family run guest house and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and treated as one of their own. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. On our first night we arrived late afternoon after a long day driving the desert castle loop, we hadn't organised anything for dinner, but right away we were welcomed with tea and the offer of them going out to get us a meal which we gladly accepted. The following evening we had a delicious home cooked dinner, and each morning, a home cooked breakfast, everything was delicious and huge portions (we never did get used to Jordanian portions)! The family (including their gorgeous baby!) were wonderful. We had a slight issue when our shower stopped working (which turned out to be a broken pump), the owners were responsive, kind, and the issue was fixed quickly. On our last morning, we came out to find our rental car had been washed down! Free parking is available on site which is both covered and CCTV monitored. The hotel is located in a residential area, as the name suggests, with a wonderful view over the archaeological site which the town has built up around. It’s a quick and easy 3 minute drive around to the entrance, or a 25min walk. We chose to stay in the “Studio with Balcony”, which was spotlessly clean and looked just as the photos advertised. We used Jerash as a base to day trip up north to Umm Qais and Pella, while also exploring the more local sites of Ajloun and (the highly recommended) AlMa'wa for Nature and Wildlife reserve. As with everywhere else we visited in Jordan, we felt safe and very well looked after, but this home and family stood out to us as some of the kindest people we’ve met.

What a gem! An incredible place to stay at. Some of the obvious pluses are free parking, perfect walking distance (20min) from the archeological site and center of town (meaning you don't need to drive and park in a busy town), great sized apartments, great view, big comfy beds, mosquito nets on windows... And then there is the absolutely amazing food prepared and served with so much love and attention by a lovely family with the biggest smiles and the kindest hearts. I have never met nicer and more helpful people. We had a flat car tire on the second day and Sliman was here to the rescue. Pumped it up, drove us in it to the nearest place to repair it for free, and then drove us 2 confused foreign women to the gas station to fill up the reservoir. Refused to take a tip for his troubles. Afterwards he invited us into his and his wife's apartment to pet their cat and kittens that melted our hearts. We felt like we came home to our own family. We are so happy to have come across this place and so sad we cannot extend our stay. So much love in here. Highly recommend!💛

In this building, Abu Mohammed and his family are the owners and they greeted us warmly with coffee and dates. We spent two nights here and found the rooms to be very clean in a peaceful location with a beautiful view. We reserved three bedrooms, which were spacious and well-equipped with individual air conditioning, bathrooms, fridges, cabinets, and TVs. One of the rooms even had a lovely balcony. All of this was available at a great value for the money. Thank you to the entire Full Panorama family ⭐ + They offer a breakfast but we haven’t tried it, we didn't have time tbh ;( + They have a small garage, plus a small parking lot

It was so sad to see how quiet Jordan is, with tourist numbers fallen off a cliff. We loved our stay here in a local area overlooking the ruins and never felt...

THEY THEREATENED AND BLACKMAILED ME. we had booked a accommodation at Zeus Apartment but few hours before we arrived they sent us a different location. when we arrived at the Full Panorama Hotel the guy at reception told us they had relocated us because “you wouldn’t like the other place”. then i asked why they offer the place in Booking and he said it is mainly for Arabic families who like to be isolated instead of sharing spaces with other travellers,so we trusted him and stayed there. we had booked a room with double bedroom and a kitchen and he offered us a room with no kitchen and 4 individual beds because the other bedrooms were unavailable because they were doing some works on them. after insisting so much he magically found an available room with a double bed, and offered us free breakfast because we didn’t have a kitchen, so we accepted. when we left, we payed for the whole amount as booked in booking. suddenly they cancelled the reservation, i asked them why they have cancelled it and then said “because you haven’t checked in with us”, and threatened me to send me a lawsuit to pay for the accommodation as the new place was more expensive than the Zeus Apartment. on the messages he’s saying they sent us the address of Full Panorama because Zeus is difficult to find so they can explain better how to reach there, and that they offered us to go to Zeus but we decided to stay there, which is completely wrong. they never said that to me.The harassment on his messages was scary and i had to ask Booking for help. on the other hand, the hotel wasn’t good: not enough hot water for a whole shower, the toilet paper rolls were half used and wet when we arrived, the toilet is smelly, the room is noisy and i found two hairs on my breakfast. don’t stay here if you don’t want your beautiful trip to Jordan to be destroyed by this horrible attitude of people that don’t know how to...
