If I could I’d give even more than 5 stars!! I can’t explain how wonderful time we had in there, if you are thinking or maybe not sure please just book yourself a room! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care by Omar, but what truly stood out was the incredible attention of him. During our stay, my husband came from Petra with food poisoning so he was really unwell, and Omar not only went out of his way to help, but quite literally saved our lives with his promptness and support, he literally bought us food and make a soup to my husband, you have to understand that you will find and angel for whatever situation you pass in there. His kindness and humanity went far beyond anything we could have expected. The hotel itself is wonderful, clean, cozy, well-located, and with every detail carefully thought out for guests’ comfort. But what truly makes this place special are the people, especially the owner, who turned what could have been a difficult moment into an unforgettable experience. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking not only for a place to stay, but for genuine hospitality and human warmth. Omar is so generous and helpful. Even before I arrived in Jordan, he reached out to offer his assistance to answer any queries I have. When I arrived way too early for check in, he offered me breakfast and brought me to pump petrol, withdraw money from bank and even went with me to show me his favourite place close to Mt Nebo for a panoramic view of the area. He also showed me the place to park overnight. In the evening, he brought home cooked chicken makloubeh for me. His wife cooked and he brought a huge portion for me. It was very delicious. The property is very nicely done, well thought through and everything I need in a home. The room is cosy and Omar has thoughtfully left a bottle of water and filled the kettle with water for tea should I want it. After I have left, Omar still check in regularly to ensure I’m ok and to answer any queries I have. Thank you Omar for everything. I’m so glad your place is my first stop in your beautiful country. From the moment we arrived, Omar made us feel truly welcome. His warmth, smile, and hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and cool. Parking was easy, with ample spaces in a nearby lot. Although we could only stay one night, the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore much of the old city in a short time. Omar went above and beyond. We were greeted with tea and refreshments. He helped us prioritize the best places to see and eat, and every recommendation was spot on.
