Overall okay experience once we got over the initial annoyance. We asked for a room, we paid top dollar for one with a view, they took us to see the room, we liked it, we said yes, we PAID FOR THE ROOM, then they suddenly told us it was no longer available and we had to move to a different room of the same price, on the back side of the building with no view. The inside was the same but the key being: no view. We only saw the road out the window. For the same price???? The walls are thin and the neighbors kept me up late with their television playing loudly, and in the morning I sat down on the bed and it collapsed. I didn't run and jump onto the bed or anything like that, I simply say down and the bed frame collapsed to the floor. That's all the negative stuff. The employees were very friendly, the room was warm, and the bed was soft. Oh! And the wonderful dogs! Can't forget the dogs! If it were not for the bad reception they gave us and the collapsing bed I would have given...
Read moreNOT A RESORT. It's more like a hostel where you get the keys at the reception and that's it. You are on your own thereafter. I would advise you to not carry heavy luggage or strollers as you have to carry it yourself to the room and the pathway is not made for it. There are only 4 glamps, 2 are new which have a lake view and 2 are old which do not have a lake view. The rooms don't offer much, our room didn't even have a chair to sit on. There was no water provided nor any tea/coffee maker and dont expect anything from the management. I would suggest you to carry anything that you would need to survive during the stay. Or best avoid it...
