Holiday Inn Express Astana - Turan by IHG — Hotel in Astana

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. However, I would like to highlight a few areas for improvement:

The heating (air conditioner) is not coping with warming up the room, and this is not the first time it has happened. I believe this issue needs significant improvement.

I found plastic residue on the ironing board (almost ruined my clothes).

The bottom part of the fixed side of the shower door is not secured, causing water to spill out of the shower.

Last time, I found an open bottle of water!

The alarm clock, which is set on the TV, does not work.

The offered ARBA Wine was very disappointing. Several people had a severe headache in the morning after just two glasses.
