Not sure how this hotel can have high ratings. Not at all good by western standards. First impression with check-in was a drawn-out headache. I told them twice that I had booked two rooms and they finally told me that I only had one booking. This is after me showing them my email confirmation for two rooms. Instead of apologizing, they made an excuse that it’s because of the holidays and that I just have to deal with it. The receptionist finally got on the phone and somehow found our second room. When we got to the room, we saw that although air-conditioning and a terrace had been advertised on Priceline, neither one existed, not even a fan. When I complained to reception about this, they again made an excuse that it’s better that we don’t have them in the room because some people don’t want them. They said they could bring a fan in the room and that it is the same thing as an air conditioning. The silly rationale was astounding. You are able to open the windows, but because you are next to a lake on the equator, that only invites mosquitoes since there is no screen and no mosquito nets. They finally brought fans to the room, one of the fans was broken, missing a blade and a cover and made a loud clicking noise. Unacceptable! Why would you bring a broken product into a guestroom? Breakfast was just okay. Dinner and lunch buffets were exorbitant, you’re better off eating...

Located along Moi South Lake Road in Naivasha, it deceptively appears small from the exterior, but internally, it is a large complex, that can host large groups.

The pros: The ambience is quite modern and minimalistic. The whole place is quiet. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and large windows. They are quite warm, even now that it is the cold season. The food is generally good, with plenty of choices. The staff are courteous and responsive.

The cons: There is no view to write home about, and there is no natural green space. Instead, there is a lot of fake grass. There are no recreational facilities.

Conferencing facilities are available, but I did not get to see them.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Highly...

Our stay here was average, mainly due to the poor service quality, which detracted from our overall experience.

The food served was passable, but nothing exceptional. On the plus side, the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. However, there were some notable drawbacks.

The verandas and walkways were cluttered and felt congested, making it difficult to navigate.

Additionally, the artificial plastic grass gave the area an uninviting and tacky feel. It also posed a practical problem, as it made it challenging to move luggage boxes around. Overall, while the facility has some redeeming qualities, it didn't quite justify the cost. With some improvements in service and a revamp of the outdoor spaces, it could be a more enjoyable and...
