Am a Tours consultant and i took a group of 22 pax for team building in this resort in 14th Dec 2012. from the website looks amazing and the group were convinced to be a comfortable stay. shock to find us upon checking whereby the reservation had not arranged the rooming. we spend around 2hours choosing rooms since others had TV, Slippers,Tissues, Soaps while others did not. In the rooms, the showers were not working. and the water was cold despite switching on the heater. i had a tough time with the clients since they were not comfortable. Now the worse part; the Manager refused to issue the 10% commission for Agents, i was told it will be send and my effort to get the Manager bared no fruit. the office could not believe this and still the accountant ask for the amount....
Read moreOur experience at Jaza was amazing!We were 2 couples stayed there for 1 day&night.Apart from the comfortable rooms, spacious beds & Secure parking,etc,what stood out the most was their exemplary service & sumptuous FOOD!!! We enjoyed the loveliest meal&drinks on their beautiful grounds overlooking the Lake Naivasha at a far distance.

Read moreIf you are lost and desperate and this is the last option to sleep in, then this is Okay. The roof is almost caving is with lots of mold and broken sink and toilets, the sinks and bath tubs are rusted and most of the rooms I was shown had a very bad smell. I'm glad I had a place to stay, the food was okay, the service was okay, clean white towels but duves had all been used before and not cleaned. The TV is there but don't work and also very old. Doors were creeky. Good space but so much need to be done on cleaning, repairs to avoid accidents, more staff and the ones that are there...
