Bungalow Natura — Hotel in Malindi

Is too far from malindi town also.no security at the door ihave to wait for almost un hours . Felix open the gates and walk away it was about 11.30 and the main doors is locked ican get in to go up in my room ihave to call felix again waiting for half un hours to open the doors . Iwake up early morning no one at the house again icant go out the door is locked from outside ihave to wait until 9.00oclock a.m to be open it was terrible in case of the fire is healthy and safety issue italk to felix but he doesnt want to know he was very rude to me ihave already pay for 10days and i stay only 2days| Iask felix to give my money back he refused so to do that he was very rude and the place is quite no security at all i found the place should close down also the room is not tidy at all there are clothes belong to the owner of the house italia but hes not in kenya he left in charge to felix but ifound felix is not good manager...

The location of the the house is ideal ,very close on the road side,not far from town centre. With very spacious and extra clean rooms. ||||I loved the warm welcome and hospitality i received from the staff,the food was amazing and an exceptional breakfast.||||Not to forget to mention their clean swimming pool and well manicured garden.||It's very quiet and peaceful hence you can relax well. ||This is a place i would definitely look forward to...
