Lymack Suites, a name of a place that triggers anger in me ....this place deserves a 5* in reality but the arrogance and the unnecessary hustle that I went through wasn't worth it hence my 3* rating. I made my reservation online using hotel.com app ..clear remarks Not to be allocated a room near the elevator, Not to be allocated a room facing the Main road, Not to be allocated a room on ground floor. Preference Room on 1st floor, away from Elevator. I arrived at Lymack Suites @ 20:15 hrs and yes the struggle was real . First was informed they don't take any bookings on-line, showed the receptionist the confirmation and even after showing her a few times she was like I don't understand....she called the manager in your phone who also thought I was speaking Greek by now it was 20:43 hrs...then they agreed to give me the room and requested me to make the payment, exhausted after a flight and with another flight to catch the following day I just wanted to sleep, made my payment and was escorted to my room. Surprise! !! The room was in front of the elevator 🤦🏾♀️ the room was facing the Main road 🤦🏾♀️ The room was located next to the most annoying water fountain 🤦🏾♀️ the room was on ground floor 🤦🏾♀️ and yes it was dirty been there show room as they called it that's pathetic! I declined to take the room allocated but here I was having paid already 9+++ and a room that had all the characteristics of what I didn't want and fatigue...time past 21:00hrs already we made our way back to the reception where I seriously needed to make one decision of releasing my Uber driver bless him for his patience or going to look for another hotel. I did enquire from the receptionist if there was another hotel nearby as she told me there's nothing she can do as they are fully booked.which she told me no . Later she connected me to a lady by the name Josephine who clearly was more interested to answer me than listen....I explained to her my name's Dr.Josephine Kinyanjui, and it took me yelling for her to understand that I meant I am Dr. Josephine Kinyanjui....she arrogantly told me there's nothing the can do despite my mentioning of my request of what I wanted. @ 21:37hrs by magic 🪄✨💫✨✨ a room was available, beautiful ... yes... elegant yes.... location 1st floor away from Elevator ♥️ not facing the Main road ♥️ warm cosy any ooh dear that was celebrations.... Finally I was settled... ordered something to eat and showered. The following day I had requested for a taxi to the Airport but again the only way I could get a taxi was if I left @ 10:00 as they had pickup which was crazy because my requested time was 12:30 . Anyways Uber did it for me and much cheaper I don't know until to date what to think of Lymack Suites....so is it a place I would stay again ....No sure , is it a place I would recommend if you patient enough for shenanigans yes, was the apartment I stayed clean ... absolutely , the shower was amazing . The bed comfortable , meals great . Location okay 😊.
It's the people who makes one feel welcome and the gentleman who served my meals did exactly that ... Thankyou so much. My apologies I didn't get your name trust me I was way upset! For the rest of the Team arrogance never got anyone...

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exquisite suburban suites with a "Porsche touch" in Nairobi, and I must say, it was a remarkable stay.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that matched the luxuriousness of the suites themselves. The attention to detail in every aspect of the suites was truly impressive.
The suites themselves were spacious, elegantly furnished, and featured top-notch amenities. The 'Porsche touch' was evident in the sleek design elements, stylish furnishings, and modern technology throughout. Every corner exuded an air of sophistication that left a lasting impression.
The bedroom was a haven of comfort, with a plush bed, fresh linens, and blackout curtains to ensure a perfect night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom was equally impressive, boasting high-end fixtures and a spacious shower area.
The living area was tastefully designed, offering a comfortable seating arrangement and a large flat-screen TV. The attention to detail extended to the kitchenette too, which was equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and well-stocked with necessary utensils.
What truly sets this place apart is its location. Nestled in the suburbs of Nairobi, it provides a serene and tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The suites offer a welcome escape while still being conveniently close to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants.
The staff members were genuinely attentive, professional, and always ready to assist. Their personalized service added an extra layer of warmth to the overall experience.
However, there were a few minor areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally spotty, which may be inconvenient for those relying on a stable internet connection. Additionally, while the suites themselves were elegant and well-appointed, the overall exterior of the property could benefit from some maintenance to match the same level of sophistication.
In conclusion, if you're looking for an exquisite stay with a touch of class in the suburbs of Nairobi, these suites certainly deliver. The luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and peaceful location make it a perfect choice for business travelers or those seeking a relaxing getaway. Despite a few small areas for improvement, I highly recommend these suites for a...

First of all, this is a mixed review for LYMACK and the team and I hope they can make a room to improve their services and attention to details. In Dec 2023 was my bad stay at Lymack compared to July 2021 stay.
My family and I had a had a not so great stay at Lymack in the month of Dec. Although at the beginning I was frustrated at their services and how the treated my sister when she went to check in for us before our arrival. I had reserved the room 3 months prior and my sister was shown the room we will occupy at that time. The date she was checking in she was moved around to different rooms. Well, she was finally shown a room on 3rd floor and they were treated so bad when they requested towels and dishes that were missing in the room. Upon my I arrival to that room I could smell dust, I wiped the window panel and it was full dust. The following day I complained to the reception and she was full of attitude and excuses, at this time i was fed up and frustrated and I asked for the manager. A lady by the name Betty came in and she was very HELPFUL and relocated us to a different room that was well cleaned.
A few little issues came up and were never attended upon my request, such burnt kitchen bulbs and patio door was not latching well when shut.
The house keeping ladies were friendly and did their work very well. Thanks to Betty and the Housekeeping team! and I hope...
