Grand Hotel Naas — Hotel in Mount Lebanon Governorate

My wedding was on 23/06/2018 I have never posted a review, so this one is from the heart, as I truly want others to know. i have made The biggest mistake in my life when i have booked at GRAND HOTEL NAAS for my wedding .

FIRST about the venue : i was surprised when i reached the restaurant to celebrate my wedding ceremony that was no light at all in the venue and the manager didn't tell me about that , and when i went to the dance floor to do my first dance the stage was not straight so i stumbled many times and i fell down and i couldn't make my first dance and party well with my family and friends because the stage wasn't well equipped ,

Second about the food : Worst Food, but far worst was the Staff and service they used the cheapest ingredients so the food was tasteless , the stuff were rude and not well trained to serve in a wedding ceremony, Couldn't wait to get out of the place it was horrible the best thing this place could do would be...

I spent unforgettable moments in this hotel, during a religious congress. The human touch was great, but as far as hotel facilities were concerned, aging was strongly noticeable. This hotel is rather historic, and with time, it has downgraded slowly, for its maintenance has become very expensive. Owners are doing their best mending malfunctions here and there. But a great effort needs to be done in order to keep this wonderfully situated hotel, near Naas springs, up to date. Nevertheless I will never forget the genuine hospitality with which we were met, and the delicious meals that were prepared specially for us. Good place to visit on a sunday, as there is a buffet with a large selection of lebanese and international dishes. These include fwerigh and mloukhieh among other traditional dishes that could not be found in any lebanese restaurant. Reasonable price. Outdoor seating is pleasant in summer.
