A nice outdoor Lebanese restaurant that is family owned and run. The food, average food quality with small portions. The grilled meats are tender and cooked properly but the meat flavor isn’t what I would expect. It didn’t meet my expectations. The spicy tomato salad is excellent. We didn’t try any of the raw meat items. The desserts were excellent. They were the highlight of our meal. The service, you are welcomed from the moment you park your car. There are plenty of staff around to take care of your needs. Our waiter, Mohammad, was always there for us. Very warm and attentive service. The price, the overall meal given the average quality and smaller than average portions is expensive for a restaurant of this caliber. The restaurant doesn’t have any fancy decorations and isn’t located in a high profile area. In summary, I wouldn’t go there again. The area is beautiful but the restaurant’s hype is overrated. There are restaurants in Lebanon with better selections, flavors and price points. Keep in mind that the price is not too high for people that don’t live in Lebanon but for the Lebanese it is on the...
Read moreWe recently booked a table at Fadel Restaurant, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, the service fell short from the very beginning. At the time of booking, we were not informed about the location of our assigned table. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that our table was in a less desirable spot.
When we politely requested to change to a more suitable location, the staff’s response was noticeably unwelcoming and lacked the courtesy one would expect from a restaurant of this level. Instead of offering solutions or showing flexibility, they made us feel as though our request was an inconvenience.
A dining experience should combine good food with genuine hospitality, and sadly, our visit failed to deliver the latter. Clear communication during booking and a more accommodating attitude from the staff would have made a...
Read moreVery scenic drive, best to call and book. Can’t probably uber so make a trip out of it with someone you enjoy! College students stand at the entry way to help you park, consider tipping them well and contribute to the little job market in the area. The food is still of great quality, generous portions, and full of real wholesome flavors. We especially liked the kibbeh (can be pricey relatively, quite unique to the place and off menu request), the fattoush super fresh, Hummus is standard and good, Taouk was brilliant - The toum should come with a warning ( supa strong, you ain’t going anywhere after that). Everything fried is excellent, fries, cheese rolls, and eggs - yum. Their arak is also a great pairing. Looking forward to try their summer terrace which looks brilliant.
