Green Park Hotel Klaipeda — Hotel in Klaipėda

The hotel is nice an clean, but we have a problem with the receptionists and the canteen staff’s atitude towards us as guests and CUSTOMERS.

We needed to get and extra bed, because we have 3 kids and we only had two rooms. The receptionist wanted to decide that the extra bed should be with us, the parents. But if we decide that the two 9 year olds and our 14 old are old enough to sleep alone (our room just beside them) the receptionist should not question that at all.

Also the master bed was equipped with just one big duvet/blanket so we asked for an extra duvet. The receptionist almost sighed and you could clearly see it was a hustle/annoying for her. She should just smile and say “Of course, I’ll be right the”, but that wasn’t the case.

All and all they should all learn to smile. The service level is such a bad experience when the staff never smiles to the customer. We didn’t feel welcome at all and will never come back again.

Also the matresses were like lying directly on springs. We didn’t sleep...

First of all we have payed for extra bed, that wasnt in our room when we check in, after calling to reception, it was delivered in our room, then we need to make it by ourselves (so didnt get why to pay, if i can take with me my own bed and do the same. ||Next one, supper, price of it about 15EUR/pers, it includes not eatable salad, even tomatoes in it wasnt eatable, second course as chicken breast grilled stake they call carbonate, so again why you call it steak when its not, and on dessert we were waiting for an ice cream, but.. they served us cake!! and it was awful. ||Also hotel have big problems with quiety, in our floor lived some teenagers, they scream, they run all the time (as a 12 yo teens, that you leave alone). It stops about 2 o'clock at night and at 6 am the other one opened doors to hallway and started to scream and turn on very loudly music.||So if you wanna have a bad rest and noisy neighbours you are welcome. ||But I suggest you to find a cheaper and better...

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is modern. The rooms are clean and modern but basic with no frills. The shower temperature was incredibly variable - it would literally go from very hot to very cold and back again without anything being touched. We all experienced this issue! The rooms were very stuffy but being on a main road the windows couldn’t be left open overnight; no air con and a fan but it was very noisy.|We asked for more pillows and were rudely told “No. The hotel is full. There are no pillows” with no hint of a “sorry”.|The breakfasts were pretty typical for this part of Europe and perfectly ok.|The location is good if you want the ferry terminal but bad for the centre of Klaipeda, being around 2.5-3km away along the main road which is not in the slightest bit...
