Well. Before ordering my food I asked what kind of ravioli do you have ? The answer was : with Bolognese, four cheese and so on . So ok I order ravioli su bolognese RAVIOLI, but not plate of tortellini soaked in water . Was eating ravioli here before and they were quite tasty . So I returned the dish cause I wanted ravioli not tortellini , waitress argument was that they are ravioli and it’s new menu, not far ago eating at the same place good quality ravioli, which I could recommend , like I never had ravioli in my life . But that’s ok returned this dish . Instead I ve got menu and said it that instead of tortellini I would like to order salmone al forno( as it was written in Italian language) . And said one more time lašiša ) . after waiting for 30 minutes, I received different dish. It was meat with mashed potatoes. Then again, I asked waiter that I didn’t order That dish. I wanted salmon and again waiter made a mistake but I was hungry so said okay leave it I’m gonna eat it Because all of my friends finished their food and mine was just arriving. Have visited this restaurant on many occasions and have found it quite good. However, on my last visit, it was very much jit up to standard.Ordered two pizzas and two beers. Beers arrive timely. I'm chatting and do not realise it is 30 minutes since beer was served but no pizzas! Ask a waitress who is clearing another table, and she passed it off that it it takes time. The restaurant is not very busy, which is confusing. My partner notes that there is one pizza sitting under the lamps for a very long time that the chef took down as it was obviously no longer good enough to serve. After 40 minutes, our waiter reappears to tell us there was an error in the order, and only one pizza was cooked, the one under the lamps getting sun tanned! They apologised and asked what we wanted, a refund or fresh pizzas. We're tourists and decided to have a bite to eat after shopping. I spotted the waitress was very cold when taking our drinks order. We took a while ordering food since we wanted to order extra meals to take away with us and eat for lunch the next day. Sadly the waitress Viktorija was rude about us taking a while to order ("STILL not ready 🙄") so we just decided to leave after only a drink and go and eat at Paslepti Receptai across the ice arena (which was delicious, would recommend). Shame for her since we would have ordered €80+ and like to tip well when we travel, so she missed out! Can't rate the food since we left after only having had a drink and we definitely won't be back. Not sure if there's a general dysfunction in service at this place or just one bad apple but I'm not sticking around to find out. Plenty of other places to eat at Akropolis where you will be welcomed...
