I recently visited your Klaipėda location and had the pleasure of being served by Karolina. I must say, her service was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, Karolina greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and positive energy truly elevated our dining experience. Karolina went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations from the menu and checking in with just the right balance of care and discretion. Her knowledge of the dishes and her enthusiasm for the food made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers. The food was delicious, but it was Karolina’s outstanding service that made our visit truly memorable. Terrible, simply terrible. The service was horrible, we waited about 15-20 minutes just to get our menu, people next to use (They sat about 10 minutes after us) got their menius faster then us. Okay, so about the food, I looked at the specials and wanted to order missisipi chicken, the waitress said I will have to wait about 40-50 minutes for them even tho the place was half empty, then I ordered a chicken kebab. Oh boy was that a horrible meal, Dry, bland, no seosoning what so ever, soggy it was just a mistake. The only good thing was the kvass, so the one star goes to that, but other than that the place is shocking. Never coming...

I tried Charlie’s Pizza and left really disappointed. The pizza was cooked properly, but the base was soggy and kept ripping apart. The pepperoni tasted weird, and the ketchup was way too sweet. On top of that, the service was super slow it took about 40 minutes for the food to come.
