Formosa Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Klaipėda

At first, Formosa was one of the best bubble tea places, however for the past few months it has gone downhill. The last 3 times I ordered tea the order was made wrong. Either the popping boba was the wrong flavor, or, like the last time I ordered, it was not the right temperature. The staff kept fighting me saying that I said the wrong thing. But I didn't, especially since I was sick and did not want cold tea. Overall, not going to Formosa ever again, since I've given it plenty of chances but my expectations...

Paprastai atsiliepimų nerašau, tačiau negaliu nepaminėti prasto klientų aptarnavimo lygio Formosos Akropolyje. Personalas neprofesionalus… atėjus klientams, darbuotojai tarpusavyje aptarinėja asmenines aktualijas, neapsieinama ir be keiksmažodžių. Žemo ūgio mergina juodais plaukais sakė kolegai “man poui”, o išgirdusi mūsų užsakymą ir, matomai, iškilus sunkumams įmušti jį į kasą, sau po nosimi, ganėtinai garsiai, pasakė “blt”. Buvau šokiruota tokiu neprofesionalumu - klientas jokiais būdais neturi girdėti tokių žodžių iš įmonę reprezentuojančio asmens. Ta pati mergina, paprašius nuskenuoti barkodą iš lojalumo programėlės, atsakė: “neišeis, jau paspaudžiau “kortele…””. Na, nemanau, kad tai kliento bėdos, pritrūko į klientą orientuoto požiūrio išspręsti problemą. Kaip žmogus dirbęs su kasa, žinau, kad įmanoma atšaukti transakciją ir pakartotinai įvedus užsakymą, pritaikyti nuolaidą su programėle. Matomai dirbanti mergina patingėjo, o beje nebuvo nei “atsiprašau”. Laaabai dažnai trūksta tapijokos perlų. Pasirūpinkite atsargomis. Visumoje gėrimai skanūs, atmosfera nebloga, bet šiuos pliusus laaabai nusveria nemalonus,...

Really bad service, the girl working there was unhappy, made my order WAY too sweet, she put SUGAR in a SMOOTHIE, like I drink a lot of smoothies and for the first time in my life someone puts sugar in my smoothie... she could've at least asked if I wanted any. Had to throw...
