OYO 479 The Green Hotel — Hotel in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

Checked in and we were told our room was unavailable due to maintenance. We were then given another room and told we were being upgraded, unfortuneately it was a downgrade from our booking. The room was filthy with cockroaches, the bed looked like it may have been slept in the previous night. In the room were three plastic drinking cups and a jug. One of the cups had stub marks from a cigarette but left in the middle of the stack, obviously not cleaned from the last guests. The television only worked on one channel properly. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The drain pipe from the basin was gone therefore water drained onto your legs and feet IF you used it. I had to screw the hot water heater hose on to stop it leaking severely when taking a shower. The electronic key had to be reprogrammed every time we returned from a trip out. The breakfast which was advertised in the booking program did not exsist and we were told there maybe a KFC nearby. And when we asked for a taxi we were pointed to the main road outside and told to hail one nurseries. I would not recommend this...

Ada yang baik dan kurang di sini. Orang jaga kaunter ramah je walau bukan orang malaysia, foreigner. Harga dapat pun rendah, boleh la. Then kalau book untuk dua orang tapi bawa extra kawan nanti kena cas tau untuk kawan tu. Tu refer la kaunter kalau kaunter perasan. Tapi memang akan perasan punya, kecik je tempat masuk dia, no lobby menunggu. Apapun yang kurang bestnya pun tak adalah banyak cuma rasa macam kejam untuk one star. Okay jom review. Hmmm. Hahahahha.

Kunci kad tak berfungsi, penat panggil orang kaunter tiap kali nak masuk. Kad tu fungsi elok untuk switch on bilik, pintu je problem. Bila dah masuk nak keluar okay je. Tak functionnya bila nak masuk tu je lah. Cuma hurmmm. Dan ekon dia. Air conditioner function herlok. Tapi member still kata panas, maybe dia sejuk part aku tido la tu. Member tidur katil bawah ekon. Sian lak dia. Hahahhaha

Bagi yang pergi dengan kawan-kawan atau family yang bilik kongsi ni korang kena ready mental lah sikit. Bilik dia memang ada toilet, cumanya toilet tu dia macam tak bahagikan tau, part atas tu dia kosong tak ada dinding dan kalau kentut pun orang yang luar bilik air boleh dengar dan bau sekali hahahah tu kalau kentut, bayangkan kalau berak.

Cadar, towel semua nampak bersih, entah la, tapi berlubang tau, kejap lubang situ nampak eh sini pun lubang hahahah banyak rupanya berlubang. Dan bantal dia juga. Bukan lubang rapuh tu tau, ni macam entah la sebab mesin kot atau entah la lubang kecik kecik tu ha. Tak reti nak explain. Gambar tak ketik lak sebab hati tengah bersedih tengok keadaan dia ha. Hahahahahahah

Air panas untuk minum ada je kat luar bilik. Cawan dan jug ada cuma plastik la, feel feel macam kat kantin sekolah dedolu tau hehe.

Lagi apa ye, oh yes tv tak function sekadar hiasan, orang kaunter pun tahu dah before ni pun sama agaknya. Dan plug dia satu je ada. Member yang tido jauh kena plug jauh, hahaha kami cabut la plug tv tu cas fon situ, yang bawah kami guna plug laptop ha gitu kisahnya.

Sabun dan shower gel dia tepek picit di dinding ya. Yang ni okay je. Berus gigi, ubat gigi dan yang lain lain bawa sendiri okayyy. And yes ada sabun kecik buku tu satu walaupun bilik untuk dua orang, kami tetap dapat satu ajoh.

Ha itu je kot. Pegi bulan lepas ni. Ingat lupa dah, nak review banyak lagi, tapi ni je ingat hahahahha.

Oh yes tak ada almari ya. Sangkut lah komer baju tu mana mana yang ada. Belakang pintu ada la cenonet tempat sangkut, boleh la. Nasib dah gosok sesiap dari rumah, so tak tahu la apa kisah kalau tak bawa sterika atau baju lom gosok hahaha.

And yes ni boleh jadi kategori hotel untuk berjimat cermat, hotel bajet dan hotel cost saving. Untuk selesa korang bayar extra pegi hotel lain ya. Dan yes geng aku salah book oyo ni ha, dia tertukar ngan oyo belah satu lagi. Adoi nasib la ya. Maybe nak buat aku review sini kot.

Lastly, yes ini dah jadi karangan dah hahahahahhahahahahahhaha. Terima kasih membaca hingga akhir. Bukan nak kutuk hotel ni tapi review ikhlas bagi yang akan stay di sini. Aku review ikhlas pasti korang akan ready mind korang untuk stay sini. Bawa sesiap kelengkapan mandi semua dan ready mental untuk bau kentut partner hahahahhaha. Ha acengitu. Yes recommend untuk stay di sini sebab facility nya ada cuma ianya sekadar ada seperti tv itu lah hiasan je rupanya....

Checked in on 12 July at 8pm. Was given key to the room. What a horrible surprise! The whole room was terrible messy with an unmade bed and scattered left over tea in Plastic cups. Dont know who the hotel staffs were as they were wearing tea shirts and shorts. Approached the guy who gave the card key. No apologies. The guy gave another room. This time he brought us to view the other room. To our surprised on opening the door, It was infested with coakroaches. The guy blamed it on the guests whom he said bring their food into the rooms. Then another Guy came. He was wearing a duty manager Tag. He was not dressed properly for his manager post.||He also blamed it on the guests. We demanded for a refund as the place was really uninhabitable. There were clothes hanging along the staircase and the place was filthy looking. The carpeted staircase looks terrible. The so called manager said that he cannot give the refund and that I will have to get AGODA to refund the money.
