Very bad customer service. Worst. Also expensive. Never ask us what burger we want, was keep standing there and I told them 2 burger order and wanted to continue ordering the balance 4 but they act as tho they don’t listen and didn’t even acknowledged. Haven’t complete my order but within 2 mins they only gave like ‘nak, 2 burger’. I was like wait, did you even listen to my order, I haven’t even complete it coz you didn’t say atleast okay or even a nod to acknowledged my order. Acknowledge on what a customer needs is important: you selling burger and you should hear out what are our orders first. We are not asking you to smile or what, Atleast ask us what we want to order or atleast nodding your head when we ordering would make us understand that you heard our orders. Oh man!
