It is more like a budget friendly Motel

Pros Price - the price for a room with 2 single bed is quite cheap

Room - room is quite clean, provided with both fan & aircond, a SMART TV is a pluspoint (you can mirrorcast from ur phone)

Locations - situated in housing areas right across shop lot (didnt manage to visit, seems look like multiple shops available)

Parkings - free parkings in front of lobby (subject to availability)

Others - have ironing stations outside the rooms, hot & cold water filter at the lobby, soft drinks can be bought at the lobbies

Cons Room - is not really soundproof, you can sometimes hear people walking & talking in the hallway, as the hotel situated at a housing area lorries crossing by sometimes can be heard

Others - no toiletries will be provided, bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste

Verdicts - it is definitely a budget friendly place for people to look for a place to stay the night (bang for the buck), best for people came for a work trip, the SMART TV is really really a plus point...

I deduct 1 star only because the receptionist only stay till 12am. It's actually a very big conner lot, 3-storey terrace house with lots of rooms of different sizes. Each have its own shower room. You wont feel the 'homestay' vibe, it is a motel actually. Got iron (with ironing board) and water dispenser at every floor. Clean. Have to take off shoes when entering the motel. After 12am only accessible using access card at main entrance door. Clean. Towels provided, but not toiletries. No breakfast. No deposit during check-in if already pay online. Comfortable place, with the necessities. There's wifi(can get slow if many people are connected), water dispenser, smart tv with some free channels, plenty of charging ports(some usb ports not working though.
