RESTORAN HO PING 和平海鲜饭店(三太子) — Restaurant in Pahang

Service was lousy despite making reservations earlier. Lady boss had a "one-kind" attitude problem. Was seated at super large table despite only 4 pax, requested the extra table top to be removed or change to a smaller table but was rejected. Made it so hard for 4 pax to stretch across the table for our foods. The serving of food was slow. Even when dishes were all served, we also had to wait for utensils, and we had to request for it. During payment, I was also overcharged for an extra bottle of beer. Had to ask the lady boss to go to the table to verify herself and count the number of bottles herself.

This is my second visit to Restaurant Ho Ping in Kuantan. While the first experience was excellent, this time the dishes were noticeably more tasteless, and prices have increased significantly.

For the amount I paid, I feel there are better dining options available elsewhere in town. A very disappointing...

They do take in order via phone booking. Quite efficient. Clean restaurant to dine in. Attentive staff.

Order chicken marmite, taste ok but the meat contained alot of crunch...
