Stayed here for 4 days. From airport to hotel we used Grab service about RM9. Upon arrival, we were invited by the staff at the door. As usual, we need to scan our mySejahtera apps and body temperature (optional). We arrived abit late around 3pm. The staff at the counter was very nice. Explained about the facilities including breakfast. We stayed at level 14, facing the city of Kuching. There were 6 elevators, hence less time waiting. The breakfast was quite standard local foods. The regular one includes nasi lemak, laksa sarawak, soup noodles, fried rice, fried noodle, fruits and breads. Additional menu includes freshly made omelets, beef/chicken rendang, salads, sausages, and potatoes/hashbrowns. Drink selection includes fresh orange juice, hot drinks (coffee, tea). In room amenities were complete from toiletteries, clothes iron, hairdryer, mini sewing kit and kettle with 3 in 1 coffee/tea satchets. The tv was high definition screen, smart tv allows connection to laptop with hdmi cable (not provided). The internet connection was superb! 30MBS!! super fast, no limit to the amount of device connected and did not need any password for connection. The bed linens were clean and comfortable. In view of covid, the hotel did not provide regular cleaning in default, but if you need to clean the room, you can just call the operator and they will send people for room service. The location is pretty strategic. There was direct connection to the Boulevard mall. Inside, they have supermarket, food court, watson, guardian, kfc, potato stories, pizzahut and many more. Opposite to hotel, there are more building blocks for small shops such as conventinal stores, laundry, food stalls etc. Everise supermarket is just opposite the hotel. Of course they have parking slot for in house guess, just park at the basement, keep the parking card and pass to the hotel counter for validation before exit. The parking is free. There are other amenity such as swimming pool but we were not using them during current stay.

Sry if this is a bit late. Honestly, I love the late check out time. For real, I can assure U that nobody is always ready to go before 12 noon. Especially the fam with tiny version of themselves but double the energy. I totally loved the pool so much even tho half the time my mum was having panik attacks about how high and off edge it was. (Trust me, it's awesome not to mention very sexy😚). But every great things always have it's ending hence it has a closing time so pools off limit at night, yes, I know it's sad news for those freaks of the late dips who doesn't feel=fear the coldšŸ˜Ž. Understand that it's a rule and go dropping in at night cause it's dark and empty don't go making the stupid mistake I did on the night I stayed there. But it requires a room key card to have assessed to any floors up from pool to the next floor of lvl4 rooms. The suite was awesome. I was staying in suite no.2. the smaller one compare to the 1st that was like an apartment type room. So fancy. I enjoyed my hot bath so much it was midnight when I was done.. anyway I think I've over shared my story here. I also forgot to mention I made a new friend there too. He was a late night guard during that night. He was concerned to why someone like me doing alone standing outside late night. This misunderstanding later turns to a convo that can be mistaken to good friends. It was sad to said good bye but it was too late n I need to return back my room. I promise to say gud bye if his shift wasn't over the next day but sadly I had to break that promise cause I didn't saw him tho. Well. That's truly from me. How about yours?

Beautiful building, friendly service, high end. I usually don't go to places this nice, so it was quite pleasant. However, there were a couple things that weren't the best. The Internet on both my laptop and smartphone was very poor. It was unreliable during a presentation I was giving that would have benefitted from reliable internet. I believe this is due to a design problem. Some people would occasionally get a great speed, but many times complained of sluggish speeds. I know that the hotel is likely trying to correct the problem, but due to the complex nature of networking (I am educated as a network engineer) this is not an uncommon problem. Note, I used both authenticated and free public access, and the problem was on both. The food vouchers also caused some confusion. The free breakfast vouchers were not always collected consistently, which led to some confusion. That all said, this hotel is a beautiful complex, large enough to host various kinds of conferences, and the steam, sauna, and exercise facilities were great! It has its own mall, and is recommended if you are looking for mid to upper range accomodations in Kuching close to the airport. Shuttle service runs 8am till evening. Staff are friendly.

I feel very bad on hotel respond when I complaint hotel guest who stay opposite of my room is smoking and the smell is enter to my room immediate cause me sinus. The receptionist told me no cigars smell when they send the security guard. I request to check again and please enter my room to verify due the smell had left in our hanging shirt and pyjamas and the toilet.

I request the receptionist to spray the sanitising or do something to remove the smell but the manager call back and inform only can move my room since I’m the one who making complaint !!!

I told them time is midnite 1:20am, I was awake due the smoke is cause my nose block. Why put others guest fault to us ?? Hotel choose to take no action on the guest who smoke and request the guest been disturb for a move !!!

As I understood there is no smoking allow in the indoor especially hotel without a window !!! the manager on duty ignore the matter and request the innocent guest just move or do whatever we wish to do !!!

I just wonder when the housekeeping off duty, there’s no sanitising standby in the hotel ???

Does it mean, no housekeeping If fire , will no one can do something !!!?

Unresponsive manager on duty and Just worry the security guard can’t smell the heavy cigars smoke, is that normal ??

Haunted hotel with the cigars smell only can smell by me n my husband ???? Why not just Advice us, my sinus due to the cigars smoke none of yr hotel responsible Due none of hotel security guard can’t smell it !!!!

If you wish to have a better stay Please choose others...
