Keenomulok Holiday Home Kg Poring — Hotel in Borneo

I paid for 2 nights but stayed over there for only one night. I run away from this place without asking for refund even they didn’t offer to refund me … the hotel owner is not a trustworthy, I will give details about what happened to me so maybe it will avoid someone to ruin his holiday by staying here. I arrived first day very tired, I did check in and paid accommodation + pick up fees from bus station (the guy in the reception is her son he was very kind and welcoming till the end) once in the room the toilet was smelling I said fine no worries as the price was cheap I expected that, then I tried to close the door SURPRISE the lock is not working so door was open whole night, of course I didn’t sleep coz I didn’t feel safe. Next day went to the hot springs came back and told the her son about the door he said its fine there is nothing to worry about here its safe, I believed him. At 5:30 pm the mother (owner) came to me and said what you paid yesterday is not the price you have to pay more and she looked strange to me so to avoid problems coz they have no guests at this time (I have seen none) and it’s a remote area and also I am a woman alone there and their place in a room that I can’t lock, I couldn’t say a word so just paid her packed my stuff and checked out to find my self in a town alone with a ruined plan and ruined mood ans ruined holiday. Should she stop here? No she asked the driver who sent me to the town to get payment 3 times the normal fare...

We had a lovely stay at the Keenmulok Holiday Home. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed it. It‘s very close to the Hot Springs & the Park. The room was okay & outside or also in the entrance you can sit down to chill. The boy & guy who were there (they live there) were friendly & helpful....

I was 3 days thier and I likr👍 the people thier, the nature, the river, the woterfall, the hot springs, the Jungle and many type of buterflys🦋. The hotel is new the room have a airconditioner and no mosquito. I regret tat i just boking vor 3 days. I come back again tu this...
