Cleanliness -10/10. The room is clean & neat. The bathroom is quite big too..toilet tissue is provided & towels too.

Tv/hair dryer/ straightener/iron 10/10.lots of channel to choose. Among a lot of hotel i've been before...this hotel do provide needed for women want.👍👍👍👍👍 absolutely 💞💞🤩🤩🤩

Price -8/10. i booked for 1 room (2 queens bed) for the price of rm130...worthed of the money thou...

Location -6/10. Check in at the ofis (different building)...and the room is in different building... for some1 is 1st timer...a bit hard to find..but nevertheless...its ok la...

Check in way too far from the hotel itself. Supposed to be level G. Need to play hide and seek first upon arriving. Customers comes from far tired and Kapit traffic is quiet busy like KL. Plus, Wifi cannot be connected, hotel has 3 level but no elevator only small staircase and all of this is still ok. Small matter to me. But the worse and big problem is cannot sleep due to smelly smell coming out from the bathroom. Seems like the bathroom is blocked. Need to look for other hotel the...

As of May 2021, I would say this is one of the great place to stay in Kapit. The rooms were clean, no pungent smell of smoke whatsoever. No lift available but the stairs are well lighted with beautiful decoration and clean fresh fragrance. The staff was helpful to accommodate my one-night stay. Located at the very center of the town and a lot of shops to grab local foods and groceries. Highly recommended if safety is your priority when it comes to...
