To those who plan to stay here..please read..i have been cisiting kundasang few times..this is the worst stay for sure..it started with the delay check in as the customer before had an issues..then i was told that my bedroom is a shared bathroom, my mistakes for not checked it properly during booking but it is fine..the room is cabin like bedroom and there is a huge hole between the door, i tried to look inside from the outside and i can see clearly the bed inside, not only that, the window is also see through where a few kids olaying nearby and the look through the window they can instantly saw me inside..i felt no privacy at all..the saddest part ia not towel provided and the water preasure in the bathroom is soooo freaking slow to the point u have tp wait a long time for the people to settle their bussiness..i have to wait like more than 1 hour to use the bathroom and need to change all the itenary as well..this is a room with a shared bathroom..make sure dont book this room, honestly the price that i paid is not worth it..luckily i only booked for 1 night..this hotel is definetely in my blacklist..there are a lot more hotel in kundasang that provided a better service..my...
Read moreI saw your hotel price at booking.com for today very reasonable and the building is nice. Since I already at kundasang area I planned to have a closer look at the hotel in order to extend my vacation at kundasang for another day. However when I reached the entrance of the hotel and told the staff I wish to have a closer look just outside the hotel compound is good enough. If everything ok I wish to walk in book or online book directly. But the staff is rude and rejected my request.
I have booked a different resort with higher rating at kundasang yesterday. Their staff of the resort is very kind to show me around and promote me about their facilities and I directly made my booking yesterday.
I hope the Mount Hill Villa management team will look into this problem and train your staff well. I can be a potential guest today but your staff give me a bad impression and ruin my mood to proceed booking. My request just to have a glimpse at outside of the building not the room. We booked and paid the hotel few months ago at a promotion rate. On the check in day, while we were driving half way to the hotel, we received a call from the hotel saying that they are fully booked and cancelled our booking. Then they just simply push the responsibility to OYO and ask us to contact OYO. The check in time start at 2pm and we received the call at 1pm. How come the hotel is full before the check in even start?
If it's due to double booking, the hotel should informed us few months earlier, not 1 hour before the check in time. So I think the reason they cancel our booking is because we booked the hotel earlier at a promotion rate and somehow they decide to accomodate other customer at the actual date with a higher price.
We end up spending the whole afternoon to find for another hotel and paid more than 3 times of the price we booked this hotel as there are not much vacant hotel left...
