Good 9 Hotel — Hotel in Johor

First week we got a room on the second floor and it was excellent. Not like fantastic or anything but it was great enough for a week of stay. The second week of stay after me and my bf came back from a trip however, was kinda bad. We had to book a diff room ofc so this time we got a room on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway where the window was. This room specifically, had water dripping down from the ceiling at some points and 1 is literally ABOVE THE BED of all places. Second, the employees singing/talking LOUDLY in the hallways of the 3rd floor at like frikn 9 in the morning and it didn't even happen just once either. Its fine having a good working environment but atleast dont disturb your customers with it! Despite all this I would recommend the hotel, ur close to alot of restaurants and all. Just dont get the 3rd floor rooms...

Worst and nightmare. The room ventilation unit was down since last 3 day and yet the receiptonist allocated the room for us. The room was unhealthy with bad odour and dificulty in breathing. The bed sheet and pillow were badly smell with unhealthy odour. Complaint was made and they came to change only the pillow sheet. They acknowledge the ventilation unit was not functioning but still not recommended to change the room. It was a terrible stay and my wife and I had to visit a clinic to check our health condition with pain in our lung and also had terrible cough. Upon check out, they acknowledge the ventilation problem by saying that it was down since last 3 day and the earlier receiptonist by right shouldn't allocated the room. The room allocated was...

Stayed here for one night because I have an early morning ferry to catch from Pasir Gudang port. Good value as the price is quite cheap rm80+ for a queen bed room. The staff is nice and helpful, hotel is safe and nearby are little shops and many parking available.The room is just nice and quite okay in terms of size and space. Toilet is also large and water is running smoothly. However, there are rubbish below bed and mattress not that white and clean. Dusty television and drawers too. I didn't take photos because I was in a rush and didnt stay long.So I didn't mind that much of the room because I use it basically just to sleep and shower.
