Checked in to deluxe double room. Room space is quite comfy with queen size bed. Unfortunately part of the plaster ceiling is mouldy and flacking off onto the bed. Furniture are quite old and chipping everywhere, carpet already discoloured. Toilet sink leaking and the hot water shower malfunction.. it's time for major renovation. Anyway the staff are friendly.

Food taste really so so. DONT ORDER their salted egg pumpkin, pumpkin is tasteless. Vegetable is not fresh, fish fillet not nice. Sotong also. We didn’t finish the food. Honestly, I won’t recommend to go. But it’s only Chinese restaurant there I think, and it’s halal Chinese restaurant. I won’t go back again. Overpriced.

It was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in my entire life! Cockroaches all over the rooms, ceiling peeling off, The air-conditioning not working. Absolutely vile! They had us changed to another room and we thought okay let's see if it's better. Absolutely not it was just as bad with all the cockroaches running around ON THE BEDS ITSELF!! If you like cockroaches crawling up your face in the middle on the night please by all means stay here. Honestly I would give it a ZERO STAR but the minimum was 1. Don't be fooled with...

The person in charge, her attitude and service are super terrible and suck!

Somebody got married and having wedding dinner there, she is able to shout at them in front of everybody including all the relatives just for some minor thing. What kind of attitude?! As in F&B industrial, I am really dont know how can them survive...

Even after talked to her big boss and her boss agreed to settle with it, she is still insisted on her own way.

Anyway, I will never go back to there even though I been there...

Totally a bad place. Or a bad management im not sure. Poor room service by a bangla man and supported by a malay woman. Then to make it worst no parking downstairs. A rude chinese girl blocks all the parking saying its for customer only. Fair enuf and when i question her with my booking of the hotel she tells us its only for restaurant customer. So what are u trying to tell us. Definitely a big NO to this place....
