Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Johor

We are pizza lovers and love Pizza Hut but we were extremely disappointed with this outlet as it gave us a very bad impression in the first sight itself. We went for brunch. As we entered we could see a few tables piled up with used plates, cutlery sets and the food but at that moment there were no costumes. We made ourselves comfortable in the lounge but the tables, chairs and the cutlery set were dusty. Even though the shop was empty, the service was late for the two of us. We had ordered a personal veggie lover, Mac and cheese, hash bites, ice lemon tea and a passion fruit drink (terrible as they blended the outer skin along with the juice). The two service ladies were on the phone all the while.

Pizza hut is a million dollar company which has got its brand value all over the world. So please keep up the standards. When you are in the service sector, customers and the cleanliness should be your first priority.

Totally disappointed and sad to see such a Pizza Hut outlet.

Our large group of 15 people, including young children and two elderly ladies, experienced what can only be described as the worst dining service we have encountered in a long time. This is a severe failure across the board, not just a minor slip-up. ​Critical Failures: ​Refusal of Service (Unacceptable): When we asked staff to help arrange tables for our large party, we were told, "You have to do it by yourselves." This is appalling, especially when two members of our party were elderly and we had young children. Zero assistance provided. ​Staff Disregard: When attempting to ask about promotions, staff members actively ignored us, walking away instead of engaging. ​Poor Food Quality: The Mushroom Soup was served with visible lumps of unmixed powder. A clear sign of rushed and poor preparation. ​Hygiene/Operational Concern: We witnessed a staff member handling food in a way that appeared unprofessional and potentially unsanitary. ​The lack of basic courtesy, operational discipline, and food quality checks at this hour (8 PM) suggests severe management issues. The worst outlet that i've ever been. Poor service and terrible staff.

Order was made thru QR code given by staff and upon checkout error pop up that unsuccessful sending order to kitchen.

I call the waiter and inform that and request with her to key in manually on system. She give us again 2nd QR to scan and made order by ourself. Unfortunately 2nd order also showing the same error. So again we call her to inform and she ignore us and keep chit chat with kitchen staff. So my daughter approach to her and inform that order was again unsuccessful and the waiter reply that give me a minute. Nearly 30minute we was waiting and left the outlet.

Dont ever come to this outlet. You will regret and spoil your mood. Very disappointed.
