Hotel De Angsana — Hotel in Johor

Have to stay 1 night for work purpose, so I choose 1 single bed room for my stay. The room was VERY SMALL , VERY BASIC. No mineral water provided. THE BEDSHEET WAS NOT CLEAN, theres hair on the pillow and blanket. The Floor was VERY DUSTY! Water heater also not functioning ( for display only or what??) The sink also have NO WATER! . When I tell about my DUSTY ROOM to the fat receptionist girl at the counter, she didnt even volunteer to clean the room and give me BROOM Instead. BAD SERVICE! how do u expect the guess to clean your DUSTY ROOM❗️?? Kalau bkn sbb malas nak cari tempat lain, mmg dah lama blah minta refund. Saya tak nak bagi 1 Star , 0 star...

One of the worst hotel i took in my life time. 1-Room terrible dirty as the bedsheet have stain mark and dust all over with mosquito 2-Bed frame with black stain all over 3-never provide colgate and brush 4-water no pressure and running very slow, when ask they told us we need to check and now the solution given by them is ask to take bath in another room. What the hell solution is this. 5-they charge for the room rm110 but not worth it at all. They dont even have the hospitalization skill to handle situation as this. 6-loud sound of vehicle running on the road. 7-no specific kettle in the room,all room have to use commn water and kettle...

My first and last time staying here😔 the floor is so dusty..😔..when I checked-in the room already open and bathroom tiles are wet its like someone was in there taking bath??..not to mention very loud noise from highways in front of hotels.. and also the room very small.. no window.. but there's a door idk what is it for bcs the locks are broken. Its the green door in the photo... Just worried.. someone can come through that door when u're sleeping🥲.. Mineral water not provided.. just coway in corridor.. iron+ironing board also in corridor.. my advise if you want a nice, clean and quiet stay... go find...
