I think all Zus outlets are similar. Not much to comment on atmospheres. As for their food, I didnât try it yet. Itâs just bcause: 1st - the presentation doesnât attract me to buy it. 2nd - due to the 1st point, I felt like it doesnât look freshly made.
But hey, itâs just me. Donât get me wrong.
In terms of service I think, the staff might need to be more welcoming instead of like fast food chain staff. Smile is important. Be more involved whenever the customer has questions about the products that youâre selling.
2ndly, I think the staff need to be more knowledgeable in terms of coffee. When I asked regarding coffee, the explanation that I get is from what i can read from the labels that they have & thatâs it.
As for the coffee: I just love the boss coffee. So they have few selections of coffee. Not gonna touch about this as long still can accommodate my needs of caffeine.
Anyway this review not only for this particular outlet but for all outlets. Iâm glad we have our local brands competing with the other giant coffee chain. Hope you guys can improve...
