I Leaf Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Johor

This place isn’t suitable for solo travelers, especially ladies, as the stairs way up to the room aren’t protected by a proper surveillance camera and very dim lighting that even intruders can easily enter without anyone’s knowledge. The four unfortunate nights I stayed on were horrible because you get to experience renovations, including loud drilling and contractors speaking at a high volume as early as 7 am ! And spooky 3 am ! You will experience door-knocking, giggling sounds, people running and even a funny ‘ OWL ‘ sound. I informed the receptionist, yet no rooms or action was taken. The room is horribly dirty, and you get to see dirty linens and yellowish bedsheets and brown stains. The walls are full of stains and the furniture is dusty and spiderweb everywhere. As soon as you lie down on the mattress, you will feel itchy and discomfort. The 4 nights are unfortunate nights, yet there is no choice as there are no refunds and no rooms to be exchanged. The place is scary for me to even get down to grab my food at night. It isn’t safe for ladies to stay, and please avoid staying in this place for your own safety. The staff are ignorant and simply deny it when they ask for a change. You get to experience chilling moments...

I come this place more than 6 month ago, but i still remember how strunggle i want to rest and sleep when this hotel do drilling everyday. I stay 5 days, and 5days drilling from 7am- 4pm NONSTOP. please repeat me NONSTOP. YES, which is they didn't stop the drilling sound and continues to do that . This is gonna be my nightmare and until now i still traumatised about this. Im so sad at that time. Because i have to wakeup early at 7am morning because they drilling too much just beside of my room... Please i want to save you to visit horror house. So take this as seriously matter. If they put rm15 per night aslo i didn't never come again. I take video as prove. Avoid this haunted house. I didn't want also giving even one rating bcs they don't deserve even 1 or half rating. Why i come here agai after long time ago, just bcs i saw the video i take for proving this crazy hotel make noises on my gallery and i dont want pple come here bcs they...

This is by far the worse hotel I have stayed before in JB. My advice is … if you intend and like people misunderstand you going to a cheap motel on extra activity.. then go ahead and stay otherwise avoid this hotel AT ALL COST!!I booked for a day but I checked out not even up to 1 hour in room as I can’t stand the smell and the cleanliness of it. Refer to my pics. I made a complaint to Trip and was glad served by Mr.Alan who help spend time helping n finally refund my money at his own initiative as the hotel refuses to refund.
