Hainam n Coffee — Restaurant in Johor

I’ve been a regular customer here and always appreciated the pleasant service from the staff—especially the previous Chinese lady floor manager, who was very professional and respectful.

However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. I had just placed my order, and within less than a minute, the new Chinese male floor manager suddenly took out his anger on me in front of other customers. His outburst seemed to stem from a previous issue with another customer, but there was absolutely no reason to direct that frustration toward me. It was uncalled for and very unprofessional. He did the same to multiple other customers as well.

Apart from him, the rest of the staff remain courteous and welcoming. I hope the management takes this seriously, as one person’s behavior can really affect the overall...

Great food. Very tasty options on the menu. Hot. Well prepared. Coffee and tea are available with delicious flavors. They do deliver the food and drinks, and they are friendly. Their ordering can be a little bit confusing, who takes the tickets after you write your own order down. I ended up taking mine to the wait staff. I would recommend them being a bit more aggressive on getting the tickets from the customers, that seemed to be an area of confusion. We watched for half an hour while people order the first time, then sit for ten minutes with a frustrated look on their face, when no one came to them. Just one detail they could improve. Other than the confusing ordering, it's a great place to eat....

the coffee ice is tasteless I'm sitting here 1 hours and still waiting for my mee Siam and it is not full house very slow motion. however the staff and owner is friendly just can not tahan waste the time like this for a mee siam

the table in front of me come after me 20min, have the meals and finish

the table next to me , come after me 40min already eating their lunch.

I keep asking for my mee Siam the answer always tengah buat.

oh ya, after 70min waiting . they told me mee Siam tak ada

yes, another 10 min , total 80 min , the staff bring a mee Siam to me say it is ready.
