Lee Hotel — Hotel in Johor

I booked this hotel on the Agoda app for RM89.20 per night, including taxes and fees. We drove to Yong Peng after work and only checked in after dinner, arriving around 10:30 PM. The location is convenient — there’s a 24-hour Family Mart right downstairs. When we checked in, I noticed there were plenty of CCTV cameras covering key areas, including where our car was parked right in front of Family Mart. That gave us extra peace of mind. Check-in requires a RM20 deposit, which is refunded upon check-out. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. However, the soundproofing wasn’t great, so I wouldn’t recommend it to very light sleepers. Also, I’m not sure if the room next door was a smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell cigarette smoke. That said, the location is excellent. Everywhere we wanted to visit in Yong Peng was within a 10-minute drive. Would I recommend it? It depends on your needs. hotel at the main street, many food is within the street area, zus coffee and family mart juz below hotel it self. a mamak around the corner and so on.

due to the poor noise insulation,sound from neighbour in and out or talking is very clear. truck n car and ekzos frm the main street too however you can request for room at the back if available to reduce this but a pair of earbud is more pratical.

staff and taukeh is nice, a water dispenser is just beside the counter, roon itself is clean, aircon is damm cold and water heater ready for shower, a minor issue for some is only soap and towel is provided thus the rest u need to bring your own which is not an issue for me.
