I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding this hotel booking from 19th to 22nd June 2025, made via Agoda. I have booked the king bed with window.
Due to a personal issue, I was unable to check in on the first night (19th June) as originally planned. However, I still intended to use the booking and arrived at the hotel around midnight on 20th June 2025, only to be informed that my room had been given away to another customer. The hotel staff stated that they assumed I was not coming and had no intention to honor the remainder of my stay. but I had paid in full for the reservation covering the entire period (19th–22nd June), and I had not canceled my booking at any point. I was not contacted by the hotel to confirm my arrival time, nor was I given any warning that my reservation would be cancelled or the room would be reassigned. The staff placed the blame on me for not informing them in advance about my late check-in, but there was no clear instruction or policy communicated during booking that this was required. Yes, luckily they hv. Night time when i prepare for sleep, i found out my hotel dun hv any water bottle😂. There is a lot of things dun hv. Luckily, i bring my own bottle and refill by myself at ground floor.Night time - is very noisy. The sound proof no nice , not recommend for light sleeper . Last day when i order grabfood , just need a pair of spoon and fork. Front desk informed me they didnt provide , and ask me go to beside shop to borrow.And he told me that got a small spoon for coffee purpose inside room. BUT, i go back and check my room didnt have . front desk told me if dun have , then means ady lost and no have any more . Read moreI been booking this hotel many time and this time when I check out the hotel the staff called back to me and start to used a very rude way to question me saying that I have taken their hotel towel, at first I try to be nice and insist to told them the towel is not given when we check in and we bring our own towel and the staff keep repeating asking me why I don’t request for a towel when there’s no towel in it and also ask me back am I understanding his question in a very rude way, I’m refused to let them know I dint took their hotel towel I dint ask for it because I got my own towel. They still refused to said I took their towel, at last they say they will check again whether they forgot to put or how.
