Q House Tmn Gaya — Restaurant in Johor

This is the worst restaurant that i visited, provide bad service. Waiter come to take order with a “shit face”. One of us is allergy to prawn, then we ask if the prawn can change to anything? the waiter said cannot. After that, my herbal chicken come, the inside part of chicken is uncooked, i tell the waiter this situation, she just take it away and say she will change a new herbal chicken for me, after few minutes the chicken came and it still uncooked. This is not the worst thing that meet in this restaurant, the worst thing is i saw a fly in the drinks when i almost finish it. I ask a waiter come and see that got a fly inside the drinks. After the waiter see it, he just take the drinks 'goyang' his head like we are so many problem to complain and just straight away go, he didn't say anything to us. Until we leave the restaurant they didn't say anything to us, never apologize for their mistake. At least they can give us discount or voucher or say sorry to us, but they didn't. I don't know how the restaurant manager training the waiters, they don't even know how to apologize for their mistake. I'm so dissapointed with this restaurant, they never improve themselves in f&b. But other food that we order are nice. Please improve the service and f&b hygienic, i hope that we will not get food poisoning after this...

I have not come to this outlet for quite a bit and it seems the indoor seat setting has noticeably improved (More tall back support cushioned chairs and semi-private seats). They have added some new menu items. Braised chicken rice with egg. The rice plate is soaking wet in dark gravy similar to wat dan hor style. It is quite a normal dish but the only different is that they’ve added lap cheong (Chinese sausages) bits to enhance the flavour and together with the savoury gravy, it elevates the whole taste bud. Grilled chicken steak black pepper. The dish is well presented with adequate portion of sauces to dip n’ match and the black pepper sauce is rich, spicy and thick in flavour. Salad vege is also generously added. The chicken meat patty is indeed tender and flavourful but felt dry and not juicy. Luckily, there are plenty salad vege on plate and in order to compensate the dry meat, we tried wrap the chicken with the salad vege and eat it like the Korean BBQ. Tasted not bad.

I had an incredible dining experience at Q House! The food was simply delicious. I ordered the XO Fried Rice, Braised Chicken with Potato and Mushroom, Jasmine Green Milk Tea, and Local Traditional Tea, and everything was top-notch. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, and the portion sizes were just right.

Not only was the food amazing, but the environment was also fantastic. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The staff was attentive and ensured that everything was up to standard.
