GC HOTEL GAYA — Hotel in Johor

I have a very bad experience with GC hotel. My friend book a room for another friend and she received a confirmation. When we want to check, the reception said the room has been cancelled and my friend need to rebook another deluxe twin room instead of queen room . My friend has to rebook and when want to book the deluxe twin room, the deluxe twin room, the reception said the room has been book and only left Family room which is the most expensive room.
