I had a great leisure stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient — just a small RM50 refundable deposit required. The room was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, fresh-smelling, simple yet tastefully designed, with excellent lighting and a super comfortable bed.

The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise — nasi lemak, fried egg, roti canai, breads, and coffee/tea — simple but delicious. I also loved the thoughtful touch of having a pantry on every floor with unlimited coffee, tea, biscuits, ironing facilities, and even a sofa area for quick meetings. Wi-Fi was strong throughout my stay.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat — right next to Riverfront Mall with easy access to Chinese hawker stalls, F&B outlets, and convenience stores. Plenty of parking available around the hotel, first come first serve basis but can get full during peak hours. There is also multi-story car park next to the hotel. For cinema lovers, there is a cineplex inside the Riverfront Mall.

Relatively new hotel and the price increased a bit last year. The small space of the bathroom and the water heater switch always tripped. Call customer service for help, and the technician came. He pushed back the button up. But keep happening each time we want to shower. We have to push up the switch manually. But too bad it was pretty dusty below the switch box. Every time we climb up, we must see and breathe in the thick dust.

They won't auto do cleaning for you if you didn’t request it. Even you call to do the cleaning in the evening, and there will be no cleaners to do such service. This if you stay here and need cleaning, but request early.

The breakfast of this hotel is below average. We didn't expect much. So we went out to have our breakfast.

We reached the hotel at 11pm after a long journey from langkawi. We were so tired and sleepy. The hotel did not allocate any free parking space. You got to park your car at the dark street at your own perils. We were so worried about the safety of our car. I was told in the morning you got to pay the parking fee to avoid being summoned by the local authority. Please train your staff to be polite. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Upon checking in we got to pay a deposit of RM50. When asked why, the staff rolled her eyes in disbelief. She could not give a straight answer politely. Not all of your guests know about your policy. The staff could have just give us a straight answer politely. We ended up checking out the same night before entering the room. Luckily we got a better hotel with great location and price.
