IMPERIO PROFESSIONAL SUITE by Zenith — Hotel in Kedah

I baru p imperio nie baru2 nie walaupun i sendiri org aloq setaq..i p sbb anak2 i nk mandi pool so we decided to go to imperio suite here..from my experience, i mean my frank experience not recommended at all..y i said so?? For the first time we r entering that house, i saw no air conditioning at hall n there's no fan at the kitchen!! There's no knives to cut something, no small kitchen to cook n the broom like a dead body k..My first impression was like no way, i paid for 300++ for 1 night n this is what ur properties provide to the guess?? All the bedrooms having air conditioning but the main room they only provide a single bed attached together to each other to make it seems like a king bed..my baby cant sleep at the middle since it got very thick line on it..👎..the iron n iron board seems very bad got the black n burn on it..to be honest I'll said my room number 5-1* wasn't well maintained by the owner..he really2 stingy to invest more to give comfortably stay to the guess..all he knows only collect the money without maintain it!!! Please improve ur service la owner!!! 👎 👎 👎 ..u want the money but u never want to take a look n service ur suite..what the heck is this?!! The pool was so crowded with kids n their daddies up there n not forget the RUDE security in front of the lift..b4 u r entering the lift after bathing, u need to step the towel in front of the lift..n the way he talked to the people to do so very rude like no manners!!!! Hey hello imperio, u need to give training to ur staff to be polite n courteous to the guests ya!! I just stayed for a one night only but my experienced like a hell..My baby cried all the night n we cant sleep comfortably..thank God my home is just nearby otherwise I'll cursed more!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! Btw, how to attach pictures here..im going to show people how's the room looks like..very bad! Regret n disappointed guess here..👎 👎 👎

I booked a 4 bedroom apartment with Zenith during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri holidays. I was given apartment 3-09.

Positives *Imperio's location was very strategic for me. *Simple and clean beds, all rooms have a/c and in working condition *Check in and out was simple and straight forward *The apartment has a microwave and ironing facility. *Toilets are functioning and showers are hot and water pressure okay. *Zenith team was helpful and assisted accordingly whenever I post questions. *Housekeeping in charge Lia was very kind and helpful, she arranged to provide a knife for us during our stay because there were no knifes in the apartment. *The swimming pool was clean and staff attending the facilities floor was nice and friendly. Roof deck has some of the best views of the area. We enjoyed watching Hari Raya fireworks at night. *2 car park bays provided at ground floor and very near to lobby entrance

Some notes to consider *The 4 bedroom apartment we got didn't have a/c in living/kitchen area only has a ceiling fan, so we managed with turning on a/c in the rooms and let it cool the place on a hot sunny afternoon. Perhaps need another ceiling fan at the kitchen/dining.

• The kitchen has only a small fridge and a microwave with a few basic cutleries n utensils and no other cooking facility. Perhaps owner could add a dish drainer, a dishwasher sponge and increase number of mugs (only 4 mugs were provided)

My wife and I stayed at this Condominium (Junior Suite) for 2 nights. We loved it! It was kind of expensive RM412.06 Nett Per Night (come with no breakfast).|||1. Good Points|a. This is a condominium (similar to an Air BNB). |b. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom is very clean because this is a brand new condominium.|c. You’ll never meet the host, but the host was helpful, and always contactable.|d. The car park was well lit and easy access to the condominium unit.|e. This place is very near the City Centre, 5Min drive to many local attractions, shopping malls, restaurants etc.|f. The ground staff was friendly and spoke English well.|g. The complimentary snacks was nice.|h. The WIFI bandwidth speed was OK|i. The host provided complimentary late check-out by 2 hours.|||2. Bad Points|a. No breakfast was provided|b. The swimming pool is rather small, and everyone who lived in the Condominium can see you from their respective balconies. No privacy. |c. There’s a mini mart at the ground floor (9am – 9pm), which was kinda useless, in terms of the variety of items sold.|d. The living room size and balcony size is small|e. The number of channels offered via the Smart TV, is limited|f. No public transport nearby, but you can use Grab|g. The view of our balcony was some abandoned jungle and railway lines.
