While the location is definitely a plus point for travellers who need to go to the hospital on the opposite side of the road, the rooms, on the other hand, were disappointing. First off, the rooms are quite small, definitely not 30m² as claimed by some hotel booking sites. My estimates puts it closer to about 15m² - 20m² for the Superior Room.
The bedsheets and the linens were all stained and not regularly changed. Of the seven nights I was there, the number of times the bedsheets and pillow cases were changed is exactly zero. The towels, as far as I can tell, were not regularly changed as well.
The Hotel Website claims to have "Cable Television with Astro Channels". This is only true for the sole TV in the lobby. For the rooms, you get standard myFreeview channels.
The water heater needs to be turned on 10 - 15 minutes before showers for the water to heat up properly. Yet, there's no indication nor instructions in the room to this fact.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, toiletry set came with a two toothbrushes and staff were all friendly, accomodating and polite. The room did not smell of stake cigarette smoke, thank God. The roti canai is so good and they have a nonsmoking policy inside the restaurant which they enforce, which makes it one of the rare mamak restaurants in Malaysia that families with children can dine in with ease of mind. I was made to understand that all three premises mentioned belonged to one owner so kudos to him. My family really...
Read moreHotel is 10min walking distance to Hospital. It has only 2 floors (has lift), lobby and reception on ground floor and 1st floor for rooms. They only provided 1 acres card. Provided amenities including tooth brush and tooth paste in room. The room is clean and comes with a big mirror. Not really sound proof for light sleepers. Limited choice on TV channels. Room with breakfast comes with RM5.00 breakfast voucher per person to dine in at their associate Hussain restaurant, like a mamak place...outside, next to the hotel. They've got some limited Indian basic vegetarian b'fast dishes. |There is also their associate grocery shop there, which had quite a good and variety of supplies. A bit far out of town center ~30min drive fr the hotel, ...so you need your own transport or a reliable taxi to go to town centre. Overall...
